im just curious how so many people can play without G-Sync.

Because it's gives delay and why do i need g sync

it stops tearing and greatly increases game smoothness. When configured correctly also reduces input latency.

I have the same gpu should would I be able to get more than 400fps for cs2? Currently around 340-370 range but at times it drops randomly to like 280s and below

These do absolutely nothing in most modern games. Just turn off G-Sync.
