Sorry, but that wasn't SAC, it was MAC. Military Airlift Command. If you needed it anywhere in the world, they carried it.

I grew up in the '50-'60s on the flight path of Rwy 6/24 (now 5/23) of WPAFB. I remember the '36s vaguely (sounded like a motorboat race) landing on 24 and a lot of that other iron in the video as well. I was the kid hanging on the fence watching the '52s take off on Rwy 6...
