Jordan Spieth has opened with rounds of 65 and 71 to be T2 at the Cadillac Championship, a Signature Event on the PGA Tour. After the round, he was asked if likes the no cut format and he gave a thoughtful answer: “I mean, if you're asking me personally like what, I mean, obviously. If you're asking me what's best for the PGA Tour, that's probably a different answer. But as a player in that, why wouldn't that be better? You know. But I don't know if that's what's going to be best or what's going to happen in the future. And that's not necessarily for the players to decide, it will be collaborating with the networks and the fans and the players, so it will be kind of a group effort. I think they're trying to figure that out. 🗨️ Cellbit was mentioned on the latest episode of Wine About It! #QTCINDERELLA: So, the Streamer Games is hosted by my lovely fiancé, Ludwig, and this is his third year doing it. For anybody who doesn't watch streamers, it's like Disney channel games, or the Olympics for streamers. Like, it's just a cute little get-together. #VALKYRAE: He did it special this year, where he had different countries... #QTCINDERELLA: Yeah, he was inspired by the World Cup. It was a pain in his butt to organize, but, god, there were like... some of the neatest people, so nice. I'm so happy that he did international, even though it was a pain in his butt, because like... Obviously, we've hung out with Cellbit before and like, y'know... #VALKYRAE: Yeah. Oh, he's so cool. #QTCINDERELLA: Dude, Cellbit is so great. Like, he is so freaking funny, he's so competitive... oh, my flashlight, what the heck? He's so competitive, but then the moment that you're like "wait, but I actually need help", he like cuts and is like "okay". And y'know, he gives you all these tips, and he's like "okay, here you go". You know, like, he's just really... It's just funny, he's just a natural competitor and so he's like... you know, he's just so kind to everybody, he's just so great to be around, even though he's so competitive. .DHH on how tobi lutke saw the potential of AI before most others: “The difference between a great racer and a mediocre racer is very often where do they look? If you're looking at the turn-in where you're supposed to turn, and not at the apex —you're not going to hit it. You go where you look. Don't look at the tree or you'll steer right into it. And training your eyes to look further ahead is actually quite difficult in racing, and I think it's quite difficult in business and life in general. And Tobi had an eye that was just looking further ahead than I was. And he was going "Yeah but it's [AI] not going to be like this forever.” Intuitively had this understanding of the evolution. And I'm still not entirely sure what did he see? Why didn't I see it? And I'm actually a little frustrated on my own behalf that I did not have the same conviction as Tobi did as early as he did, towards seeing yeah you don't like it right now but just imagine two more years of this. And he wrote a memo to the company internally I think in '23 or early '24 way before agents were doing the work on their own going: I've seen it. This is the big switch. This is what we've been waiting for. This is why I'm here as CEO to identify those kind of discontinuations in the trend line. We need to be a very different company to be able to position ourselves for that and take advantage of that.”

I asked Luke Kornet about his memories from stretches where he was a DNP for many games in a row, and what his message is to the young guys who find themselves in that position now: “It's just a lot of peace to come to life of accepting the position that you're in and then just doing the best with that, versus trying to fight it and want to be in a different one.” “You can spend a lot of time worrying about things that you can't really control. But when you just take the opportunity that you have and do the best with that, you can have days like today where a lot of guys came in and were able to contribute. You can have peace about knowing that you did your job well, just as you did the day before, the day after. It might just look a different way every time. I feel like that's what I've been taught through my life. That's the only thing attitude that you can have that you can actually do something with – versus trying to control things that are outside of what you can control.”

Justin Thomas is playing the Charles Schwab Challenge this week for the first time in 4 years. Ahead of the event, he said he builds his schedule around what best prepares him for the majors and it may change year to year: “Everybody's different. I would say the most, the first and foremost, most important thing that a lot of the top guys, a lot of, anybody that's in the majors, you're going to at least I would think, is what's going to prepare me the best for the major. So like I've had success in majors when I play the week before. “But playing San Antonio the week before the Masters for me doesn't feel like that's getting me prepared as much as possible for the Masters. Therefore, I don't play San Antonio. I had a year where the PGA, when it was at Southern Hills I wanted to play the week before Byron Nelson, it's easy travel, and I played the week before. So it's very situational of when you play, don't play in that regard. “But I mean I really, really, really try with all my might to not do four in a row, four in a row is like I'm not fun to be around. It's very taxing. So I try to cap it at three. “And, yeah, there's a lot of great tournaments, we're very fortunate to have to miss some great events, but you have to at some point. They always knew about Epstein, the problem was the ones in charge were the ones involved. They were mocking you right to your face for decades, literally putting it right in front of you and people had no idea, buying whatever they were told. There are layers to this, just like everything else. One is intelligence blackmail operations, and the others are very dark, sadistic, and the definition of evil itself. Everyone just loves pizza and writes it on their inner lip and sends bizarre emails about it, hot dogs, torture chambers, and having 3 kids Ubered over to your adult party for "entertainment." Then the mainstream media refused to report on it and called it all a hoax just to find out that the ones writing about it, saying it wasn't real, were the ones involved for sexually abusing children themselves. All the major networks, including CNN, ABC, The Recount, BBC, The Atlantic, etc., all the way up to our own government officials around the world. How naive can you be? The point I'm making is that it hasn't ended and there are now other things and events happening. The same games are being played but for different events and situations. It's time to come together and end this cabal. Stop falling for the same dirty tricks. Everything we're doing now is for nothing if we don't.

The point I'm making is that it hasn't ended and there are now other things and events happening. The same games are being played but for different events and situations. It's time to come together and end this cabal. Stop falling for the same dirty tricks. Everything we're doing now is for nothing if we don't.

Zack Snyder discusses virtual production technology with the Russo Bros. and explains why he chose to build practical sets for Rebel Moon: "The idea of this sort of virtual production that's really interesting is that it does come back around. The green screen environment is an exclusive world, right? "Like there's not a lot of guys that can make a movie with no sets. Because as it is now, there's a thousand visual effects artists between that green screen and it being in your movie. "In the virtual production version, anybody who walks in there with a camera... The desert is there. And they can go and film it. So in a lot of ways it's kind of... it demystifies visual effects a little bit. "The thing that I've always found a little off-putting about a big green screen environment is it's not really engaging for anybody. Even for us, even for the filmmakers. We've been looking at the concept, we know what it is. "And the actors especially are like, 'I don't know where the hell I am.' Like, 'I guess... Okay, whatever you guys say, I'll do it.'" Anthony Russo: "But for camera operators too, right? It's just like there's nothing to grab on to." Snyder: "Yeah, I don't know, tilt up to the mountain. What mountain?" Joe Russo: "No, no, it's a little higher." Snyder: "Yeah, exactly. I think it's a small mountain. "Anyway, but I do think that the introduction of this kind of virtual productions as a concept really brings sort of physicality back to visual effects. And sort of a fantastic world. "You really can, you know, you can feel it and see it. They can put Atmos in, it can really feel like you're in a place. Which is really just... You're more passionate about it, you know, filming it. "Like I did a small thing that we were just really more of an experiment. And I was really fascinated by like, you know, they're like, 'Okay, here's, we have a cave set with light shafts coming through these holes in the ceiling.' And then we were like, literally, you know, 'Okay, now we're in like this forest.' "And it was the same rocks, but suddenly they didn't look like- they worked in both spots. It was just, I was like, 'Wow, this is really...' And even the focus and everything, the wall understood the depth of field as well. "So like everything, like especially in the eyepiece was like, 'Wow, that's scary.' That's like, feels like I'm there. So I think there's huge potential and hugely exciting future for that technology. "You know, as it becomes more available to like, and also scale, I think, you know, from this to like also being able to have, you know, 100 guys standing around inside of, you know, a giant environment would be just, it's just cool. Which they're doing now anyway, everyone's doing it. "But what was funny, because like on the movie that we're working on now, we ended up, we took a deep dive into it. And it just, the reason why we ended up not doing it in the end was because we just, we have these big war scenes. "And I had like 100 guys, you know, and we were just like, I don't even like, the amount of French reverses I have to do, everyone's brains were exploding. "Because, you know, you're always like, I'm like, 'Oh, just flip the set again and flip the set again.' And then for his reverse, we flipped the set that way and we flipped the set that way. "And so we had to build all the, all in the design, everything was symmetrical, right? Like the bridges and the houses were kind of symmetrical. "So you could always be flipping and not tell... because the sets were all symmetrical. You could shoot them from both sides and it was kind of the same. But the audience couldn't tell because the backgrounds were not symmetrical. "So it was only the immediate stuff, you know. It was, so it was a bit of a brain teaser for everyone. And then in the end, we were like, because of the scale of the fighting, I was like, 'Oh, let's just...' "So now we're just building it up the road. "But it's cool. "It's fun to build a giant thing as well. Just to go there and like, 'Oh my God, we made a village.'
