One day, I missed her. Missed her in a way that made me feel like my day would’ve been better if she were around. Like my meals would’ve felt more wholesome if she were sitting across from me. Like my workouts would’ve been more fun and less of a punishment if she were doing them with me. Like I needed her- just to feel that sense of home and calm, no matter where I was. A quick check-in on the horses and where everyone stands right now: After running in the G1 Hopeful, Curtain Call unfortunately cut his leg. The good news is he’s healing well and is finally back to light workouts on the grass at Palm Meadows. It’s been a patient road back, but he’s moving in the right direction. Sandman is currently resting in Ocala while the team evaluates next steps and maps out the best plan moving forward. Ewing is also resting in Ocala alongside Sandman, with the goal of returning to action when we get back to Saratoga. Silent Tactic is running for Team Casse in the Arkansas Derby on March 28th & Reagan’s Honor will be running in the Blue Grass Stakes on April 4th to hopefully stamp their ticket to the Kentucky Derby. I will be attending both to cheer on the boys 👏🏼 Flightless is still training and will hopefully make her debut this summer. Horse racing is a marathon, not a sprint. The priority is always getting them healthy, happy, and ready when the time is right. Appreciate everyone who keeps checking in and supporting these horses along the journey. 🤝 West Point Tbred Mark Casse

Workouts look a little different these days 🪵🪓 And my woodchopping form hasn’t improved 🫣. If you had told me a decade ago that I’d be building an off-grid homestead in Tennessee, growing food, generating my own water, and frolicking with cows, I would’ve thought you were nuts. Well, actually, frolicking with cows is pretty spot on 😬 But I digress… As I’ve grown older, I’ve come to realize the profound connection between self-sufficiency and freedom. What if workouts were generated like this? Built a dumbbell routine as a motion sheet with GPT Image 2 Then turned it into a video with Seedance 2.0 I tested 4 exercises in 15s, it works, but 2–3 exercises would probably give the best output.
