Oh Boy: Ravens star RB Derrick Henry's offseason workouts have gone viral with many fans concerned at how "slow" he looks. Henry is 32 years old and entering his 11th season in the league. One of the best to ever do it 😔💔

One day, I missed her. Missed her in a way that made me feel like my day would’ve been better if she were around. Like my meals would’ve felt more wholesome if she were sitting across from me. Like my workouts would’ve been more fun and less of a punishment if she were doing them with me. Like I needed her- just to feel that sense of home and calm, no matter where I was. So, I made my best friend… my wife. 😀❤️ 26.02.2026

One of the best ways to improve your balance? Get stronger. Balance isn’t just about standing on one leg. When you trip, stumble, or step off a curb awkwardly, your muscles have to react quickly enough to keep you upright. That’s where strength training comes in. Exercises like lunges, step-ups, split squats, and single-leg deadlifts challenge strength + stability + coordination at the same time. And this becomes increasingly important with age: r Resistance training can improve balance and physical function in older adults and may help reduce fall risk when iyou include it in a well-designed exercise program. Try adding 1–2 unilateral exercises to your strength workouts. Strong legs are your emergency balance system. #StrengthTraining#BalanceTraining

A quick check-in on the horses and where everyone stands right now: After running in the G1 Hopeful, Curtain Call unfortunately cut his leg. The good news is he’s healing well and is finally back to light workouts on the grass at Palm Meadows. It’s been a patient road back, but he’s moving in the right direction. Sandman is currently resting in Ocala while the team evaluates next steps and maps out the best plan moving forward. Ewing is also resting in Ocala alongside Sandman, with the goal of returning to action when we get back to Saratoga. Silent Tactic is running for Team Casse in the Arkansas Derby on March 28th & Reagan’s Honor will be running in the Blue Grass Stakes on April 4th to hopefully stamp their ticket to the Kentucky Derby. I will be attending both to cheer on the boys 👏🏼 Flightless is still training and will hopefully make her debut this summer. Horse racing is a marathon, not a sprint. The priority is always getting them healthy, happy, and ready when the time is right. Appreciate everyone who keeps checking in and supporting these horses along the journey. 🤝 West Point Tbred Mark Casse

Workouts look a little different these days 🪵🪓 And my woodchopping form hasn’t improved 🫣. If you had told me a decade ago that I’d be building an off-grid homestead in Tennessee, growing food, generating my own water, and frolicking with cows, I would’ve thought you were nuts. Well, actually, frolicking with cows is pretty spot on 😬 But I digress… As I’ve grown older, I’ve come to realize the profound connection between self-sufficiency and freedom. And y’all know I’m all about freedom! Undoubtedly, everything is more fulfilling on the other side of hard work. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve physically built on our property in Tennessee at @modernhomesteadhq, but what fills me with even more pride is how our organization is now empowering others. We’re here to help YOU: ⛰️ Design & build out your off-grid property 🍊 Grow food with your own Food Security System, turning any lawn, backyard or land into an edible landscape 💦 Generate water out of thin air, anywhere in the world 🏡 Use green building materials for safe, healthy & non-toxic living Consider this your call to action: contact all your freedom and self-sufficiency needs. We have the best team in the world ready to help you create ultimate freedom for yourself and your family. #EarnYourFreedom #GTFOutside #modernhomestead #homestead #offgrid

What if workouts were generated like this? Built a dumbbell routine as a motion sheet with GPT Image 2 Then turned it into a video with Seedance 2.0 I tested 4 exercises in 15s, it works, but 2–3 exercises would probably give the best output. Motion sheet: Monochrome grayscale technical illustration, biomechanically accurate fitness instruction sheet, clean 3D anatomical character, scientific diagram aesthetic, minimalistic, no artistic exaggeration 2x4 grid layout (8 panels total), perfectly aligned cells, equal spacing, thin black borders, numbered from 1 to 8 Neutral athletic human body (gender-neutral), proportional anatomy, consistent character across all panels Dumbbell workout sequence (key positions only): 1. Dumbbell curl (start position) 2. Dumbbell curl (top contraction) 3. Shoulder press (start at shoulder level) 4. Shoulder press (overhead lockout) 5. Dumbbell lateral raise (arms down) 6. Lateral raise (arms at shoulder height) 7. Dumbbell squat (standing start) 8. Squat (bottom position) Top-left: bold number + exercise name (English) Center: full-body pose (clear joint positions) Bottom-left: short technical explanation (2–3 lines, correct form cues) Overlay: directional arrows showing movement path (up/down/arc) Correct joint alignment, neutral spine, proper elbow and knee positioning, realistic weight distribution, no exaggerated motion Highly detailed grayscale shading, soft studio lighting, subtle shadows, clean linework, medical / sports science diagram quality Pure white background No colors, no background environment, no extra elements, no stylization, no blur
