Part 5 of interview with Rom Braslavski. "The guy says: here's another letter. It says to tie you up and torture you. At night they came with zip-ties, tied my legs, arms, put tape on my mouth. And they had whip that they beat donkeys with. It's a pain that is not normal, like being lashed with iron whip. But first they only beat me a bit. Then they woke me up at 2 a.m. and they gave me the beating of my life. They put me against the wall, one grabs my head and the other - punches, punches. I'm trying to loose consciousness and fall. But they didn't let me lose consciousness either. They held me. Then they beat me with the donkey whip and each lash is a burn, and it's scars, scars that I have till today. One beat me with the whip and two others beat me with poles and hands. OK, I thought, it's over. I was shattered, bleeding. Every bone in my body hurt. I was happy that it's over. I went to sleep. Then 6 in the morning they came with radios. Turned on Arabic music, yelling : "Allahu Akbar, what fun, what a great day!" And again the same beating - punches, whip. That's the second round. And then the third round. And then again at noon. And then they put on music and say - move your arms, dance and laugh. My bones were hurting, it hurt to move my arms. And then another beating, more hits. And I realized I entered a loop that I doubt I'll make out of it alive. They beat me with everything they had. They broke a radio on my head. And a really big stick that they broke on me. The donkey whip got all bent. It's iron. They bent the iron from how much they beat me. It really hurt. They beat the soles of my feet, maybe 40 whips. My entire leg was swollen, red and blue. And he tells me - stand up. Stand on the foot. And it felt like they are burning me. The abuse went on like they. Day after day, hour after hour. And it's only getting more severe. About 7 rounds every day, every round about 20 minutes. There was a guy, they said it's new commander, his weight was at least 100 kg. And I weighted hardly 50 kg at that point. And he was just standing on my neck. Jumping, jumping on my neck. Standing on my head, jumping on my back. And I feel that it's breaking." I really, really, really wanted to drop this song last year. When I first put out the snippet, I was so excited - but it was hard to finish it on time because everything was a blur. I was sick and weak and nauseous and tired and my body just wouldn't do what I wanted it to. Even in the snippet video, I wasn't feeling great. I was just trying my best. I adore Chike's voice and I knew it was him that had to be on the song with me. When I asked him to give me a verse, he was so ready to go, but he was out of town. As soon as he came back, he came over to my studio the next day 🥹. I got a lotta respect for him. He didn't know I was pregnant and suffering 😅 Watching this video back now, I can't even understand where the energy came from. When the song was done, I struggled to mix it. Even so, I decided to master it myself. I hate mastering, so I don't know what I thinking. I was so disappointed that I couldn't meet the deadline. Everyone had fallen in love with the song and was asking me to put it out. I didn't have the energy to make content. I don't even remember them recording this video. Given how much I love this song, I'm a little bummed I couldn't give it energy it deserves. But please, know that a lot of love and resilience went into this song. I hope that you can let less be more for this one. I hope you can give it the energy that I couldn't. That I can't. PS: This is a chance for those of you that say I gave up my career for marriage to fight(?) for my uhm...rights? That or stfu. WHERE YOU DEY > Simi ft Chiké out everywhere now 🩵🩵 produced by Niphkeys mixed/mastered by Simi

#TAEYONG WEVERSE LIVE FOR WYLD 1ST WIN🏆 "Everyone, it's done! I got first place" 🌹: I turned on Weverse Live for the first time in a while. 👤: iyahoooo! 🌹: Hahaha…By any chance, could you give me that? Could I watch it? I thought it would be more comfortable for me to watch it while doing it. Thank you so, so, so much for the TV. We won first place on Music Bank today with WYLD and I really feel grateful for all your hard work, sincerity, and everything. I think this WYLD activity was very meaningful, and it was my first full-length album, and my biggest desire was to show a really improved version of myself over the past two years, and I also thought a lot about wanting to be recognized, but since I didn't have those thoughts, I did have a lot of doubts about whether it was okay to make music on my own. You all have created such a wonderful situation for me, and since I am receiving all your hearts, memories, support, and passion, it feels like passion is pouring into my heart once again. I am so grateful, and I really didn't expect to win first place today. So, I actually didn't prepare an acceptance speech, so it was really funny, right? I think I was rambling a lot. I don't think I remember it very well, and I feel really dazed. I'm still dazed right now, and I was so flustered that I even wondered, "How did I even shed those tears?" It was actually a really stressful situation for me to begin with. I couldn't sleep well and kept having nightmares, and I was spending each day hoping that things would improve because of this album, but I am so, so grateful for you creating such a wonderful situation. I am truly happy today. I think I'll be able to sleep with my legs stretched out. I'm so happy! TAEYONG 1ST WIN #TAEYONG1stWin #WYLD1stWin

The story of - Mamma R the ex-boyfriend and the motorcycle & Zeudi not allowed to ride a motorcycle They asked you, but can you ride a motorcycle?I can't ride a motorcycle. Why? What does it do? No, no, I'm already in love. What can I do? You're so stupid, I'm sorry. Let's talk about this issue, with the clothes back here, though. The clothes back there. It's a house, we live in the house. Come on, Alice. I can't ride a motorcycle. No. Why? I'm afraid. But it's my life, I'm 18 years old. I mean, I'm over 18. Yes, it's my life too. Yes, love, it's not like that. No, it's my life. You're sick. No, love, don't be afraid, you're hurting yourself. Yes, I get it, but if I want to ride a motorcycle one day, which I'm also afraid of. No. But I decide it, love. No, love, I have a very bad trauma. Tell me, tell me. No. Tell me about this trauma. No, love, I really lost a friend, no. Ah, then no. Then no. We were good. I thought you had an ex-boyfriend. No. Tell me how you had an ex-boyfriend. No, I had an ex-boyfriend, I was really a workaholic. Already. I was still, I was here all the time when I was still.Well, imagine, imagine. I didn't really like it. What did you do? Tell me. Nothing, I had a pair of, a pair of shoes, those there. A pair. A pair, yes, those there with the soles. What are they called? Wait. The moccasins. The moccasins. I had to take them off. But what did you have as a motorcycle? But I was, I was still on the gas station, I had to pump the gasoline, I had to make gasoline. And he said no, sir. I was a girl, I was like 16, 17 years old. Wow, even underage, well, well. Come on, in our times you drove. But you didn't have a license. No, but there was no license. But really? Eh, in our times no. Really? In our times you couldn't take a motorcycle quietly to the gas station. Really? Eh, love, really, yes. Ah. Mamma mia, really, really. Here you can do whatever you want, give me my license. But what do you do? Yes, Giulia. No, love, you're really still. No, sir, no, this pump, the gasoline, here you have to put the mix, since I was little, you have to put the mix, there I had to push a little, but I didn't even move. Boom, boom. And who left this motorcycle to you? My brother Lorenzo. But it was with you? No, my brother Lorenzo gave me this Vespa because I was going well at school. Eh, I get it. I'm giving you the gift. Eh. He told me to give it to you, I like it, I want it.But I understood, you, you, in the end, how did you find yourself with this bike? My school was next to it, next to the gas station. But you went to school with the bike? Never again, that time is enough. But you didn't know how to ride it? No, I knew how to ride it, but not well, but I knew how to ride it. And now, you don't want to go? No, let's go, please, mom. But it's not normal. No, let's go, mom. It's a nice car, a nice imported car. No, let's go, mom. Mom, what are you doing? No, let's go, mom. Let me understand. Why? Because it's a bad bike, mom. How expensive is it? But who told you?But then a friend of mine has to go at 100 km per hour. But what do you want, at 100 km per hour? I don't even have hair. But let's not exaggerate. But what are you doing? No, let's go, mom. Why do you have this grip that you showed me last night? No, let's go, mom, let's go. But I'm kidding, I'm not going on the bike. No, but it's not that I don't trust those who drive it. I'll take a picture, mom, I'll take a picture. I don't trust those who drive it. So you already drove it? This one. Do I have to drive it? No, mom, maybe you're good at it too, but the others don't have the discipline to drive it. So what do I do? Do I have to drive it in the park? No, no, its true alone #zeudiners #zeudi

Anthony Kim will play with Bryson DeChambeau and Jon Rahm tomorrow in the final group at LIV Golf Adelaide. They spoke about AK’s story: Bryson: “What an incredible story, first off. Going from the lowest of lows, almost moving away from this earth and then coming back and really taking accountability and raising his little girl and being a family man and being 1 percent better every day. It's an inspiring story that I think honestly should have a lot more media attention than it does. It deserves that. “It shows some of the opportunities that LIV Golf can provide and give hope to people. It's another opportunity to play. I think that's what's so brilliant about it is you've got a guy like that that's struggled pretty much his entire career, and this is really when he has become more of himself than any other time, more of a family man, a father, a great person that cares deeply about playing good golf now. That's all he cares about, and he loves it. I think that's really inspiring for anybody at any age, that you can pick it up and be a better person. “My hats off to him for doing everything he's doing, working as hard as he has to get back. He's an incredible talent, obviously; we know that. He's starting to show it, and for him to be in the final group will be fun. I actually haven't played with him yet, so it'll be fun to see how he golfs his ball.” Jon: “I was able to enjoy a car ride back to the hotel from the golf course in Riyadh, which somehow there's traffic at midnight there, so it was quite a bit over an hour, and he shared quite a bit of his story with me. What he's doing is nothing short of remarkable. “I really hope he can find the right person to tell his story, however form, movie, documentary series, book, whatever it is, because what he's doing is so impressive. Where he was at in life to where he's at now -- I've been able to play with him. I played in Singapore in his first season with him early on. Both of us played with him here last year in the first round, and I played with him yesterday, and the progression, the jump from those two times to yesterday, it's impressive. “The round he played yesterday on not the easiest golf course was incredible. Didn't really miss a shot. Shot 5-under and should have been lower because he did not make many putts. It was a flawless round of golf. It's impressive. It's impressive. “To see him now being part of a team after earning his spot back in the league, making a 15-footer on the second day to get into the final qualifying day, he's been proving it. “After everything he's gone through, if there's somebody that's not going to be scared to be out here and have to make the putts, it's somebody him like. I wouldn't be surprised if at this point this season he's somebody who's hoisting the trophy at the end of the week.” Hopefully AK can put on a show tomorrow and contend with them 👊

Tim Robbins reveals he went 14 straight days without a single bite of food, lost 25 pounds, and unlocked total mental clarity "I just did a cleanse... one of those master cleanses. I just did 14 days on where you don't eat a thing for 14 days, and it's amazing how great you feel at the end of it." "14 whole days. No food at all?" "No food at all. No... It's lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup, and that'll get you through the day. And then every morning you're doing a purge, right? So you're cleaning all the poisons out." "14 days is a long time with no food." "It is." "What was the first thing you ate when it was over?" "You got to ease your way back in. Like clear broth first, then soups, then vegetables... about a week re-entry." "Do you experience mental clarity when you do that?" "Total mental clarity. First three days are tough, but once you get past the third day, your energy level is constant throughout the day and you can work. I play sports with it..." "How do you decide when to do it?" "Usually when you've been a little indulgent and you're not feeling too good... and you put on a little weight." "You must lose a ton of weight doing that. How much have you lost doing 14 days?" "25 pounds. About two a day." "And then your body's running completely on ketones, right? Because your body's running on fat... your mental clarity is just so much better. Everything just runs smooth. Flat energy throughout the day, no crashing after a big meal." "And you sleep less, too. You need less sleep for some reason." "Also, I think it's probably good to give your digestive system a little break, too. Just let it relax."

It's even got the pearly design here. 🐰: 😭 🦊: Isn't it just like it? 🐰: 😭 🦊: It's really like it. I had to go to so many shops before I could find it. 🐰: How many shops did you go to? 🦊: So many. Here is the actual GOP candidate for President of the United States attempting to say something about Mark Zuckerberg which is literally all I can figure out from this 90-SECOND LONG SENTENCE. 😵‍💫 “So Mark Zuckerberg called me first of all he called me a few times she called me after the event that he said that was really amazing it was very brave and you know and he actually announced he's not going to support a Democrat because he can't because he respected me for what I did that day I think what I did maybe was a norm to me it was a normal response but I was called by Mark Zuckerberg yesterday the day before on this same subject and he actually apologized he said they made a mistake etc etc in the correcting mistake a Google nobody called from Google one of the things I do in a show like yours you you show you know you see them Fox but what you really see it is all over the place they take clips of your show that you're doing right now with me and if I do a good job they're going to vote for me they're going to vote for me because it's not just on Fox it's on Fox is a smaller part of it you're on all over this those little beautiful cell phones you're on you're all over the place you have a product you have a great product you have a great brand so you have to get out you have to get out you have to do things like your show and other shows and Google has been very bad they've been very irresponsible and I have a feeling that Google isn't going to be close to shut down because I don't think Congress is going to take it I really don't think so Google has to be careful now I will say this I believe Mark Zuckerberg he called me so he called me a lot they are working and I think they fixed it but what can he's not doing what he did four years ago with the five hundred million dollars I don't believe.”

#JuniorMarkConcertD2 #junniorrs #emiamily 🌞: I admit that "Beautiful" is a song that I chose. It's a song that I wanted to sing solo for my show since last year, but at that time, I requested and chose the song too late, so it wasn't used. So this year, I actually feel lucky that I didn't get to show it last year, bc doing the show with Emi, having her as part of the show too, made it a much better show. It was tremendously beautiful. 🌞: I wanted to challenge Emi. I know that Emi is really skilled, but, well, to put it simply, I wanted to see her sing a Korean song. I wanted to see her sing a song in Korean. When I listened to the song and tried to imagine what a show with it would turn out like, I knew that it would be beautiful. It would definitely be so beautiful. 🌞: Emi is a detailed person. Like, really, really detailed. I'm glad, bc I feel like I'm a detailed person too, so getting to work together with someone who is just as detailed is... I had to look at the concert overall, so for those little details, like for the harmonising, whether to choose this harmonisation or that harmonisation, or whether this line should just be sung without harmonisation, having someone there who is detailed and cares abt it too... I might not be able to go into every single little detail for every song, but I was lucky that I chose the right person. Since Emi has these qualities, it made the song even better. 🌞: I'd like to give all the credit to Emi. This is one of Emi's shows that she did really well and it's a song and show that I'll definitely keep going back to. I'm glad that I had Emi as a guest.

One of the ways I use social media is to put out a “principle of the day” so that we can have a conversation about it. It’s usually about life, or work, or current events. Lots of people send in questions about it each day, and I wish I could answer all of them. But now, with my AI Twin “Digital Ray,” I have my own version of that. Let me give you an example of what I mean. Today’s Principle of the Day is: Pain + Reflection = Progress There is no avoiding pain, especially if you're going after ambitious goals. Believe it or not, you are lucky to feel that kind of pain if you approach it correctly, because it is a signal that you need to find solutions so you can progress. If you can develop a reflexive reaction to psychic pain that causes you to reflect on it rather than avoid it, it will lead to your rapid learning/evolving. After seeing how much more effective it is to face the painful realities that are caused by your problems, mistakes, and weaknesses, I believe you won't want to operate any other way. It's just a matter of getting in the habit of doing it. Now, you can use my Digital Ray Beta to ask more in-depth questions. Like “How do I properly reflect on my mistakes to learn?” If you’re interested, you can now access it immediately via this link below in the comments, and if you find the interaction meaningful, I hope you’ll choose to ask it more questions and let me know how it goes.

🐈‍⬛ when it comes to the relationship between an artist and their fans, i don't think it has to be burning brightly all the time. i mean, of course fans love us and we love them too, but i don't think those feelings need to be at their peak every single day. realistically, everyone gets busy. 🐈‍⬛ onedoor has their own life to live, and then when we make a comeback, they can come back and find us again. that doesn't mean they've left. they just have their own lives for a while. that's how it sounded to me, and honestly it made me think, this is such a healthy relationship. that's why it really resonated with me. 🐱 even for us, just living through a single year, there are so many moments where we are tired, bored, laughing one moment and crying the next, worrying about things and getting stressed. onedoor goes through those same emotions while living their lives too. 🐱 but in the end, onedoor waits for us because they believe we'll return with music and stand on stage again someday. and we live our lives believing that no matter how long it takes, onedoor will come back to see us perform. i hope these periods of time continue piling up until we have built records and memories that no one else can ever replicate. 🐶 if something is only hot all the time, i think those feelings tend to burn out faster. really intense emotions fade more quickly. when it's time to be passionate, we are passionate. but why do people adjust the heat when cooking? sometimes it's high heat, sometimes you lower it to medium heat. i think it's nice to think of it that way. maintaining a healthy relationship with onedoor. 🐶 and when onedoor is off living their everyday lives or focusing on something else for a while, our role is to keep making music that will still be there for us to share together. we really love you all ♡ 🏠 🫶💕🩷

⭐️: Did I enjoy our hoobae/Xikers’ concert? Oh yes, it was really so much fun! Ah, actually… I’ve been feeling a lot of things lately. Like.. I’ve actually been taking a break from working out. Of course, I did work out today but after the concert (tour) ended and after finishing the Cosmopolitan photoshoot and advertisement, and seeing that some of the things we’ve been preparing for are finally done… I’ve been working hard on my schedules, we have schedules almost every day… but like doing my best on stage every day and filming content diligently, I did that. But when I thought about it, I realized I haven’t really been doing anything on my own for personal development… Actually, it hasn’t even been a week? since I stopped doing that but I’ve been so caught up in everything that suddenly taking breaks made me reflect a little like… how should I put it into words? When I think about it, did I really give my best when preparing for things? Have I been a little too lenient with myself lately? And when I watched the kids’ (Xikers) concert, it made me think a lot about the past. I remember when we first went on the Fellowship Tour, after releasing two albums, we went to America not knowing much and we worked hard on stage. We were total rookies. We only had two or three? outfits that we had performed on music shows wearing. And thinking about that… I watched my entire gallery from start to finish and I realized I’ve really done a lot. I thought, “Wow, I really ran without resting.” But while watching I also wondered, “Did I really give my best?” Lately, I’ve been thinking, “Am I really putting in the effort like I did back then?” And also.. when doing this job, well not just this job but things in general, you know… “I put in 100% of effort, but the result was only 20%, meanwhile someone next to me only put in 20% effort, but their result was 100%.” When stuff like that happens it can be really easy to feel disillusioned right? I think it’s a concern everyone has, not just me. It feels like my efforts are being denied and because of that I start doubting myself and those kinds of thoughts come to mind. But then as I keep thinking like this, I realize that if I only put in a 20% effort and the result was 100%, I’d feel really embarrassed. Because, just like I’ve been thinking lately, I’d ask myself, “Did I really give my best? Did I put everything I had into it?” It’s always been like this (with this mentality) but recently, over the past week, I’ve just been going through my schedules without working out and I thought I was living a busy and beautiful life, but now I feel like I didn’t do enough. Still, if I put in a 100% effort and the result was 20%, I think I would feel proud rather than disappointed, I wouldn’t have any regrets. So these days I’ve been thinking that I should live in a way that I won’t be ashamed of myself. When I look in the mirror I want to feel proud, even if my efforts only amount to a 20%. Even if the outcome is only 20% if I know I’ve done my best for myself, for TINYs and for the members, then that result would be something I would not be ashamed of and I would still feel like it’s a good result. That's what I've been thinking these days. #SEONGHWA #성화

Crazy comparison here. This is what a pinched nerve at C7 looks like. 6 weeks ago I did 43 push-ups, today I failed on rep 9. In the 2nd video, I fail rep 2 on the left and then very easily do 20 on the right. The weirdest part is that the push-ups don't really feel hard, like in the muscular fatigue sense when you get near failure, I just physically can't do very many. Same with the skull crusher. Like that one rep didn't feel hard, like a normal max effort lift would. It just felt like my arm just wasn't working, sort of like I couldn't really control it. It's a really, really weird feeling. And I only have this weakness issue with things involving my left tricep. Any other exercise on my left arm, like a curl or dumbbell lateral raise, the strength is equal to the right. This is my first time ever having a true nerve injury, and it is not fun. Not sure what caused it. There is no one incident or anything recently. I've had neck issues on and off for the past 15 years, but nothing like this. In January I started getting kind of a deep ache in my upper back anytime I did things involving my upper back, like rowing, skier, burpees, wall balls, et cetera. In March, after a zone 2-type workout (literally the day after I posted the 43 pushups video) where I was alternating between burpees, rowing, skier sled push, and wall balls, I felt my back start to tighten up. Pain got worse over the next few hours and then I literally couldn't sleep for two days. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. I saw a doctor, got an MRI, tried prednisone, which helped, but once the 10-day course ended and it wore off, the weakness came back. Good news is the pain is much less now, it's just the weakness. And I can run and bike mostly pain free. Really hope the cervical epidural works tomorrow otherwise surgery is the only option.
