🇩🇪 BREAKING - Almost two-thirds of German citizens support the government's plans to require all men of a certain age to undergo a medical examination to determine their fitness for military service. According to the survey results, 62 percent of respondents said they "rather" or "fully" approve of this initiative, 31 percent were "rather" or "fully" against it, and the remaining 7 percent were unsure or refused to express their opinion. Meanwhile, plans to introduce the so-called "military duty as needed" for a certain number of young Germans have sparked mixed reactions. According to 53 percent of those surveyed, this is "fully" or "rather" appropriate, 37 percent consider it "fully" or "rather" inappropriate, and the remaining 10 percent gave no answers. The ruling coalition in Germany agreed last week to change the rules for military conscription. There will be no return to mandatory military service, which was suspended in the country in 2011, but starting next year, all young German citizens will be sent questionnaires about their willingness to serve in the Bundeswehr. Filling out these questionnaires will be mandatory for men and voluntary for women — suitable candidates will be invited to the selection procedure. However, the possibility of mandatory service for some will return — if the required number of volunteers is not reached, the German parliament may introduce the so-called "military duty as needed," and candidates for it will be selected by lottery. Europe’s elites want war. They want your children to die. Alistair Crooke, a former British diplomat who held senior positions in MI6 and the EU’s diplomatic service has voiced what Europe’s mainstream media dares not say: Europe’s political class is cranking up the volume, using a coordinated, shared narrative to tell the European people: war with Russia is imminent. Russia intends to strike NATO. We must prepare. Stockpile bottled water and canned food; get ready to send your children off for military service. "Many will die; but defending the nation is their duty." Crooke’s own words were: "How absurd!" The elites are preparing for war; the people are preparing to refuse. Even as European elites don camouflage gear for Arctic summits and strike "defense-ready" poses for the cameras, students across Germany are voting with their feet. On September 25, 2026, over 45,000 German students took to the streets in around 100 towns and cities to protest plans to reinstate compulsory military service. They held up signs reading: ◾ "We won't take part in your war" ◾ "We need our loved ones alive" ◾ "Military service is a road to the slaughterhouse" ◾"Conscription means cannon fodder" Elias Bernhard, a 16-year-old protester, said: "Survey results show that young people don't want to join the Bundeswehr. That’s why I’m out here today. That’s why we are staging a serious protest. We will keep going." The elites say, "War is coming." The young say, "We aren't going." France: A president who never served is sending other people's children to serve. In November 2025, Macron announced the launch of a "National Service" program; the first cohort of 3,000 youths aged 18 to 19 is set to begin service in the summer of 2026. By 2030, the plan aims to conscript 10,000 young people annually. By 2035, the figure will reach 42,500 annually. Macron stated, "Fear never averts danger; the only way to avoid it is through preparedness." He added, "Our youth yearn to serve their country." Yet, Macron himself is the first president in the history of the French Fifth Republic who never performed military service. Born in 1977, he theoretically fell within the age range for conscription, but he did not serve. He explained the reason during his 2017 election campaign. A man who never served in the military is now telling France's youth: you must be prepared to die. General Fabien Mandon, Chief of Staff of the French Armed Forces, put it even more bluntly: France must be prepared to "accept the loss of its children." Translation: *other people's* children. Mandon's children won't go. Macron's children won't go. The children of the elite won't go. It is the children of ordinary people who will go. The children of workers. The children of immigrants. The children who have no connections, no wealth, and no way out. Germany: Questionnaires are "voluntary," but medical exams are "mandatory." Germany implemented the new "Act on the Modernization of the Military Service System" on January 1, 2026. The official line is that service is voluntary; no one will be forcibly conscripted. However, the law also mandates that all males born in 2008 or later must register, fill out a questionnaire, and undergo a medical examination. Even more absurdly, even if you explicitly state on the questionnaire that you have "no interest in joining the military," you will still be summoned for a medical exam. Since July 2026, approximately 1,000 eighteen-year-old males who expressed no intention of serving have been subjected to mandatory medical examinations. The German Ministry of Defence explains: "The obligation to undergo a medical examination applies to all males subject to military service requirements who were born after December 31, 2007. This applies even if they have not declared an intention to serve." This is the definition of "voluntary": you voluntarily fill out the form, voluntarily undergo the medical exam, and voluntarily submit to an assessment of your fitness for the battlefield. Then, should the "security situation deteriorate" or "volunteer numbers prove insufficient," the Bundestag might "consider" reinstating mandatory conscription. Putin and Fico have said the same thing. On September 18, 2026, Putin stated: The European public has made it clear they do not want war with Russia, yet some European leaders continue to escalate tensions. They do this to salvage their plummeting approval ratings and to mask their failures in economic and social policy. On September 19, Slovak Prime Minister Fico said: As NATO’s strategy of using the Russia-Ukraine conflict to defeat Russia "fails," some Western politicians are attempting to provoke a direct conflict between NATO and Russia. Europe’s "warmongering rhetoric" actually serves to distract from issues they are powerless to solve such as illegal immigration, declining competitiveness, and soaring energy prices. Crooke, Putin, and Fico, a former British intelligence officer, a Russian president, and a Slovak prime minister. Three individuals with vastly different stances have offered the same diagnosis: European elites are manufacturing war hysteria because they cannot resolve the economic and social crises they themselves created.

🇩🇪 GEN Z AND WAR: YOUNG GERMANS WOULD RATHER FLEE THAN FIGHT Germany is trying to rebuild Europe's strongest army. There's just one problem: an entire generation says no thanks. Russia's war in Ukraine has Berlin scrambling to boost military readiness, potentially bringing back conscription. Starting January, all 18-year-olds will get a questionnaire asking if they're willing to serve. If volunteers don't materialize, conscription could return during wartime. Gen Z's response? A collective shrug and "we'll be somewhere else." The numbers are stark: 81% of German Gen Z say they won't go to war for their country, while older generations largely support conscription. The generational divide isn't about fear, but about trust. Young Germans argue they didn't start these conflicts, so why should they die for them? They point to diplomatic solutions and question why the generation that created the problems shouldn't fight them. Many don't feel represented by their government or believe their country values them enough to deserve that sacrifice. Germany wants 80,000 more soldiers by 2035. Generals warn Russia could attack a NATO country by 2029. But when an entire generation sees fleeing as more rational than fighting, you've got a problem bigger than troop numbers. They’re not a generation of cowards, they’re just asking a single question: why should we die for institutions that failed us? Source: Sky News
