The driver knows the scammer, that is why he was pressurizing the lady to pay up without making sure the payment was to the right account. The driver knows the thief

The original seller is at fault for not giving the driver the account number that the transfer would be made to.

The driver or whoever gave driver go ahead to deliver *might* be at fault… meanwhile, they genuinely both look like victims. This is why CCTV is good for businesses.

It was the seller's fault. If the seller instructed the driver to collect your money before delivering the goods, that might be the best option.

I don't think the driver is at fault because, he was not involved in the transaction. His job from this video was just to deliver the goods then wait for transfer to be confirmed before leaving, which was what he did. He is only at fault if he had the original account number.

NIN, BVN, bank will solve that

The driver was at fault... he could have confirmed the account details even if the boss was chatting with the buyer.

I can’t watch a video where someone is chewing gum while talking.

Thi sis a simple logic You don’t need to think too far to know who owns the goods and will win the case in a credible law tussle. The woman that owns the goods will win, so long as she hasn’t received pay for her goods, she remains the owner.

The matter no make sense why will a company send goods out without payment? I de suspect the scammer is in the company or works for or with the company. That is a major flaw that has been exploited.

From my point of view at this moment, the driver should be investigated to look for the middle man #thescammer.( to start with )

They all know what’s going on. Both the driver and the company because how can unknown person give you address to deliver goods to and same quality they discussed. The company know the person and I think this is not the first time they are doing this.

Making a video doesn’t make you right. Making video while chewing gum in a wild manner, speaks volumes. If you didn’t pay the owner of the goods, you don’t own the goods. Transfer of ownership occurs only after you paid the PREVIOUS OWNER. Have you paid her?

This is drop-shipping, but scammers will take advantage of everything, plus the lady chewing gum is lousy and will have more to lose. But then, serious investigation will take place and both parties might even lose more than the 500k in quote.

It's called afilaliate marketing (the witchcraft version)

The AUTHORITIES need to create a special force for those kinds of SCAM. The scam is a MENACE to hard working bussiness dealers... The CRIMINALS are so assured that the AUTHORITIES may not turn up to HELP THE VICTIMS or the VICTIMS MIGHT SPEND MORE to get the right attention 😔😪

Seen this, delivery people play more role than just delivery. Always send invoice and payment details because some Nigerians are scammers

The fact that someone can have a working bank account without proper identification in Nigeria is quite scary. Such cases have occurred 1000 times and the government can’t do anything about it. This can only happen in Nigeria

The driver was even Putting pressure on her to transfer money self😂😂😂

Elsewhere societies and businesses are built on trust but not in Nigeria 🇳🇬 People look for avenues to compromise institutions and businesses trust

Really an eye opener! Thank you for sharing.

@DonAzag why haven’t you talked and do analysis about your people who said @MBuhari died 2017 by Nnamdi Kanu? We are waiting to see that from you.

At least they have the middle man number that contacted them to supply, they should go and find him. Nothing concern the buyer

The driver... why you no go speak to customer to confirm account. And why you no go ask your madam first if na the account. The driver no wise at all.

The seller is at fault here. She should’ve given her driver her account details. The buyer said she asked the driver to confirm the account details, but shows no interest.

You’re right the dispatcher should have informed her driver of the payment details and method

Make the seller go police station

The driver has a very big role to play here

Make dem hold up the driver naim be the scammer 😫😂

Proxy scamming.

When calls involve more than two phone numbers, a conference call is the best to ascertain status of clients you are dealing with. Both vendors are at fault

The seller and the driver

It is the seller's fault the delivery guy should be able to confirm or refute the account.

Seller is at fault her driver should have confirmed the address

@grok who's at fault here
