This is old news. There was a recall in 2023 involving about 4.9 million bottles of Fabuloso due to potential bacterial contamination with Pseudomonas species. This recall was specific to products manufactured between December 14, 2022, and January 23, 2023.

Is this true? We own a cleaning company and our Operational Manager has long ranted against Fabuloso and refuses to stock it She will feel very vindicated when I send her this lol

Umm...putting a potentially lethal contaminate into cleaning products is "a mistake"? Is there a legitimate reason a facility manufacturing and bottling this product have pseudomonas on hand for that "mistake" to be made?

Warning: Fabuloso Recall Alert! Fabuloso, the beloved multi-purpose cleaner known for its vibrant scents and cleaning prowess, has hit a snag. Millions of bottles have been recalled due to potential bacterial contamination. The specific bacteria in question are Pseudomonas species, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas fluorescens, which can pose serious health risks, especially to individuals with weakened immune systems, those with external medical devices, or underlying lung conditions. Key Points: - Recall Details: Approximately 4.9 million units of Fabuloso multi-purpose cleaners produced from December 14, 2022, to January 23, 2023, are affected. These products were distributed through major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot. - Health Risks: The bacteria can enter the body through inhalation, eye contact, or through any break in the skin, potentially leading to serious infections. - Action Required: Consumers are urged to immediately stop using these recalled products. To get a full refund or a free replacement, take a photo of the product's UPC and lot code, dispose of the product in its original container with household trash, and submit your details on the recall website at Stay Safe: - Check your cleaning supplies for affected lot codes (2348US78 to 2365US78 and 3001US78 to 3023US78). - Do not empty the recalled product before disposal to minimize exposure. This recall underscores the importance of product safety and consumer vigilance. Remember, cleaning should not compromise health! --- Note: Always verify product details with the manufacturer or recall notice for the most accurate information.

Ah yes, Fabuloso, the lavender cleaner in EVERY Mexican restaurant! They use so much in their bathrooms when they mop, I get high off the fumes!

Fabulouso is NOT Fabulous. It stinks! Why people buy and use this crap I will never know. My mom used baking soda, vinegar, and bleach (not together of course) to clean just about everything. I still keep it simple to this day.
