My sister lost a breast to cancer. She met a woman who absolutely refused to have a mastectomy. She chose cancer over her boobs. Still amazes me to this day. Good for you Stephanie!

@biologistimo I’m watching Greys Anatomy for the first time and a woman decided to do this and it was wild how unsupportive her husband and male doctors were, even McDreamy. Surprisingly Alex supported her and said she can just get reconstruction after.
