This woman walked into this ice cream shop and ordered an ice cream cone. When they handed it to her she told them she couldn’t pay for it. 😳 The employees said she had to pay for it. She didn’t have any money. She asks them if they are going to call the cops. This male customer sitting there chimes in and says if they call the cops he will be a witness. The woman said she told them she wanted it for free but the man said that’s not true. He said he watched her the whole time. She tries to put it down on the countertop but the employee tells her don’t leave it there. So she walks over and throws it in the trash. Some people said why not just buy the ice cream for her, to have a heart, because you never know what someone is going through. This little girl was measured for a ride at Disney World. The requirement was 44 inches. The park employee gave it a good look but then had her spin around and jump a few times. 🤯 She then told her parents she was too short to be able to get on that ride. Many people said that she was the right height and it is absolutely ridiculous over something like 1MM and that if she wore boots she would have been able to go on. Others said the rules are the rules and it is to protect her from serious injury. My opinion, I would have wanted my daughter on the ride. At that little of a difference I’d sign a waiver. I’d have come back later with boots on her. But that’s me. What do you think? Do you think missing it by that little is serious enough for her to not be able to ride or do you think that’s overreacting and they should have just let her on?

She went back into the office Monday to complain that she got charged an extra $210. 😳 The man behind the counter told her it’s because she didn’t check the truck in on her phone like he showed her to do. Sometimes the customer wakes up in the wrong side of the bed and takes it out on me. This man went to order a coffee at his local McDonald’s and when I tried to see where the worker was rude, I only saw the customer being impatient and rude yet for whatever reason the customer thinks it’s the worker’s fault. How do you feel with the grumpy people? I have a feeling he’s not a morning person. On many occasions I dealt with the rudest people. This woman called into the pizza shop with a horrible attitude, it confused me because the way she was talking I would have thought I knew her and did her wrong before. But that wasn’t the case she was just being a jerk for no reason. She starts off the interaction with unreasonable demands. It was already 10 mins till closing and she asks if I had any mess up orders that I made wrong or customers just didn’t pick up. I tells her no, then she asked if she could get a cheese pizza slice but wanted it fresh out the oven. I told her all the slices we had were made within a half hour and if she wanted a fresh cheese slice I would have to make a whole cheese pizza and charge her accordingly since she would be my last customer of the day and that I would have to end up throwing it away. She said if that’s the case let her buy a slice and expected me to give her the whole pizza for $3. I declined once again and told her I couldn’t do that because I was done making pizza for the day anyways I would never make a fresh pie at the end of the night. No matter how much she argued I told her that whatever slices I still had was all I could offer. However if she wanted a whole pizza I could do that. She argued for another 2 minutes and gave up, deciding to get a pepperoni slice and I hurried up and heated it and have it to get. Then I told her we were closing and kindly asked her to leave. She ended up calling the next day complaining about her slice of pizza and how rude the worker was which was me, she just didn’t know it. I told her I would have done the same and after she argued again she just hung up. She was arguing in hopes I would have gave it to her for free but this isn’t my first rodeo.

And yet she had this strange effect when she was photographed. Nobody dated her, nobody took her out, nobody paid any attention to her. She’d sit on the set with practically nothing on, and a pretty extra girl would walk by and everybody’d whistle. But she got out in front of the camera, and the camera liked her, and all of a sudden she was a great sex symbol. Fortunately, I had her in a couple of the first pictures that she did 'Monkey Business' (1952) and 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' (1953), when she wasn’t worried. And also I had Jane Russell’s help in making 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes'. We had a lot of fun doing the picture, but there were a lot of times when I was ready to give up the ghost. Jane Russell would say, “Look at me—all he wants you to do is such-and-such a thing.” And Marilyn would say to her, “Why didn’t you tell me?” But I had an easy time compared to some of the directors who worked with her afterward. Because after she got very important she became more and more frightened, and she just didn’t want to come out and do a scene. She didn’t think she was good enough to do the things that she did. This man walks into this store do get some shorts, he’s already rude and in a bad mood. When the worker rings him up, it’s a different price than he expected because of tax. He then insists it should be a different price, ends up being physically removed from the store for it. Was it worth it? All for what? I never understood why people do this. People try this with me all the time when I’m at the shop. They come in and get all these high end services. Top end pedicure with gel polish, mind you the prices are on a sign up front plain as day. Then they want a high end manicure with long dip powder nails and designs that take forever. This one woman when I rang her out was surprised that her bill was $250. She said a basic manicure was $15 and a basic pedicure was $25. I said that’s true they are, but you didn’t get anything basic. You got all high end services that cost more. Hence why the price is higher. She argues with me and said those prices are too high, I said you get what you pay for and what you are trying to pay for now isn’t what you got so it isn’t fair to me to only take $40 when you got $250 worth of services. The dip powder service alone before add-ons was $50. She then claimed she only had $40 because that’s what she thought it would be and that she would never have gotten the higher priced ones if she knew they cost more. She kept trying to make me commit to the lower price and she didn’t want to pay for taxes either. I told her that if she didn’t pay, I would be forced to call the police and that whole ordeal will end up costing her more than what she owes me. Right when the police car shows up she decides that she was gonna pay and in cash. So she had it all along she just was trying to force my hand in giving her a huge undeserved discount.
