What ever happened to one hour of practice followed by a trackside show followed by qualifying and a Saturday happy hour??? Seems too crazy of an idea right.

No practice has hurt xfinity series. I remember back in the day you could get a Busch series ticket and get to see the cup stars in practice was a highlight growing up as a kid just imho

If they don’t want to participate they don’t have to is what I would say. Make it required for a minimum of 20-30 minutes a car say. So people can see their favorites on track and teams would want at least that anyways I’d imagine. But after that , open it up for a happy hour on Saturday , have like 2 - 1 hr practices or something. I mean I’m tire of hearing how they are saving money in what they claim is the best series. Just put the best product and more product on for fans . It’s silly to me to take away

They’re all driving the same car and the only thing that matters at a lot of these places is track position, so it probably doesn’t even make a difference

@DaleJr More horsepower, get rid of stages (more green flag pit stops), and please please go back to each manufacturer car being their own. Nextgen sucks. All the teams have setups now. We have the ability now to make anything safe enough to be on track so let’s make things interesting

I think the teams who don’t want practice are the teams who have dominated since the next gen HMS, JGR, Penske . Everyone else does, Christopher Bells take on practice a couple of weeks really opened my eyes
