Dat time Bible never complete because na after Jesus don go dem write New Testament based on wetin e do and teach. The Old Testament dey but e no be one book like how we take see Bible today—na for scrolls. For Jewish tradition, people sabi scripture for head and dem dey pass am down by talk. Jesus be rabbi, so e sabi quote from books like Isaiah, Psalms and Deuteronomy wen e dey teach. E no need to carry Bible up and down because e be the living Word of God. John 1:1 talk say Jesus na “Word wey turn human.” Dat one mean say no be just to read Bible, but na to follow wetin e talk and how e live. Even though Jesus no carry Bible, everything wey e talk and do na pure Word of God and na im we suppose follow.
