This is how the Force is described in the books and its way better

THIS is how Luke Skywalker should have been like in the sequels

I would say projecting a duplicate of yourself across the galaxy requires way more power in the Force than fist fighting droids

That was pretty good but in the rest of the movie he was a cowardly, sad, irresponsible, stubborn old man. It hurts because he is my favorite character of the saga. On the other hand, in IX he was very well portrayed

Yeah I don't like the movie but, Luke is human. He went through something terrible and made mistakes. In the end he realized he was wrong. That's what matters.

We could have had “Grand Master Luke Skywalker” the whole movie. That was my dream since I was a little boy. And they took that from me. That’s why I hate Rian Johnson

@retneysholocron Rian Johnson portrayed Luke as more of how Yoda described a Jedi in ESB than any SW character since the OT. Luke using the force for combat, decimating his enemies and being a 'badass' is not what a Jedi is about. Johnson understood that more than any fan.

@gutierritozj19 @retneysholocron THIS!!! Johnson understands Star Wars more than I would say 95% of Star Wars fans

@infinitexpain @DarkwinggDuckk @retneysholocron The person who had hope for the most evil man in the galaxy (Vader) is supposed to be the same person who wanted to kill his pre-teen nephew while he slept. Yeah, right. Johnson really gets Star Wars…

“Why didn’t mace do this in the geonosian arena, is he stupid?”

Fr tho

YOU SEE DISNEY THIS IS THE GOD DAM FUCKING FORCE NOT LIFTING A FEW ROCKS OR HOLDING A SINGULAIR BLASTER BOLT THOSE WITH THE FORCE ARE LITERAL DEMI-GODS!!!!!

To be fair, Starkiller doing this was for the sake of gameplay. Even Sam Witwer said that the team got permission to turn the Force up to 10 because it was a video game lol

It should always be turned up to 11

I disagree bro, some of that Legends shit is just too OP 💀 If we saw someone achieve Oneness or walk Beyond Shadows in canon, everything else in the Force would look lame

That's why I loved the old EU and hate the curent cannon star wars used to be DnD in space meets Metal Gear Riseing

The day I learned that all of the lightsaber fights we’ve seen in the movies were actually happening at 3x speed or faster:

Yup. In the Revenge of the Sith novelization, as Anakin is flying up to Palpatine’s office in a speeder, he sees Palpatine and Mace dueling through the window, and it’s described as just a blur of red and purple lightning moving so fast he can’t even see them.

They tear through B2’s in this show like paper mache

This feels like it’s animated by the people who made primal and samurai Jack

Samurai Jack ahh fight scene!

They should have force abilities like this in the live action projects. ESB even sets precedent for it.

This is kind of bothering me though...

Mind you this the second most powerful Jedi of his era doing this. Disney would look at this and think any Jedi can casually copy this feat.

What makes you say that

Rey just learning of the Force’s existence and she managed to force pull a lightsaber away from an experienced Kylo Ren. One lesson with Luke and she can casually lift boulders. Random kid in TLJ casually pulls a broom without knowledge of the Force or Jedi. Lol

Why weren't Jedi doing that stuff to the droids all the time and win battle before it even began ? Are they stupid ?

So if Madara was a force user basically

@DegenAllie2 Tartikovski's art style is perfect. The simplicity of form given complex motion is fantastic. You can feel weight and speed in the action, making it feel more real than live action could make it look. Also, this show went so hard. I think it might be my favorite version of SW.

This scene is epic and all, but why were the B2s not unloading blaster fire into Mace all at once with their several hundred numbers advantage

It’s a shame that it’s really hard to write a story around someone this OP. Would be fun to have more Star Wars stories around Jedi like this.

Imagine if he did this to a person

jedi dont have to go easy on droids, and with it being a giant open field, no collateral damage to worry about, so he can go all out

Bro finally did something.

Series was special

Oh man i miss this animation style who draw that actuelly?

I like to imagine that the reason why they didn't use the force like this, was because it was dangerous to both Jedi and the force, leaving the jedi extremely drained afterwards and very susceptible to dark side influence as well as leaving behind turbulent areas in the force

Why would a robot with a laser attempt hand to hand whilst firing the laser ? Makes no damn sense

Biblically accurate amount of super battle droids on the field

If disney had any guts they would recreate this scene with Rey in her new movie

Hate that the Jedi don't fight like this more often. For all its flaws, The Force-Fu and Lightsaber Wuxia in The Acolyte was so peak 😭

Sir, that’s a warframe

This just to battledroids imagine just a regular bounty hunter or any non force user

This series is how I met Star Wars world. I thought everything would be like this.

My headcanon is that the Legends and video games are accurate, but that the late Republic Jedi no longer trusted their members with the knowledge of how to do things like Battle Meditation etc because of how many times it had screwed them over with people like Revan and Exar Kun.

I like calling it force fu. This is a master going to work.

Why the F*ck didn't he do this ln Geonosis?!

No Quips, Just hands and Force.

Bro did the Jedi equivalent of “Hold my Beer” but it was his lightsaber instead 🤣

Just imagine what the fight between Palpatine and Windu would have been like if this series had adapted it.
