There are a lot of immigrants exempt from automatic selective service registration. This could cause huge problems if Americans are recruited and others slide.

This doesn’t shock me. In fact, I just did some research on it and currently there is no draft requirement, but young men 18-26 are required to register in the Selective Service System.
