Well, in 2016 he actually had a pulse. Not sure what he's got going on today (Android, glitching clone, etc) but it ain't what he had in 2016. I mean look at his eyes, there was something there. Today, it's just a void, confused, and sadly lost.

Last night marked the unofficial end of the Biden campaign. The campaign will officially end either when Biden is replaced at the DNC this summer or when he loses in November. It is clear Biden is not capable of serving a second, four-year term, and that we are in trouble as a country for the next seven months with Biden at the helm.
