Costco top-up haul, not a full grocery shop. Just a realistic snapshot of what I buy now, at this stage of my journey. They didn’t have the chuck roast I wanted, and the packs they did have were around $50, which was outside my budget. So I grabbed the beef stew meat instead, broke it down into 10 individual meal portions, and ended up with meals that come out to about $3.50 per serving. That’s how you make this sustainable without blowing your whole paycheck. I usually buy my ground beef at H-E-B because Costco rarely has the higher-fat blends I prefer, and I already have plenty in my freezer. Between this haul and what I already had at home, this was truly just a top-up. Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are back in for me. I use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream a lot, and the actual sour cream I grabbed is mostly for Sam because that girl loves it. Big Tillamook cheese block because cheese works for me at this point. Two 24-packs of eggs because eggs are still undefeated. Important note for anyone early in their journey: If dairy doesn’t work for you yet, don’t buy it. Take the money I spent on cottage cheese and cheese and put it toward more meat, bacon, butter, or eggs instead. This is where I am right now, not a rule for everyone. For transparency: Dairy is not affecting my weight loss. I’m down to 198 this morning from 198.8, and everything is moving exactly how it should. This isn’t perfection. It’s flexibility, budgeting, and making it work long-term.

Day 436 of documenting 0-1M Checkmate. For the last 436 days I publicly built this store online, X was mainly the daily notebook, but i also made several videos revealing nearly everything about this store without fully doxxing. We started with 1 product and finished with 37 as we crossed this finish line. It’s not the craziest numbers, but the i hope it shows people who are just starting out, the game of consistency. While documenting this publicly, it was the complete opposite of a straight line up. Many times we ran it up, thought we were in the clear, made mistakes, got reset back to virtually zero. In fact, we actually were set back to nearly zero twice and it’s all documented somewhere in the X posts. I could have easily faked revenue to say i got here earlier, I could have easily jumped on X only posting our best days, but that’s gay and what most people do. We did not miss a single post throughout building this store. Every single day we posted. The reason I used these photos/videos instead a regular ss is because this is the exact table & chair that I made my first $ online in. This broken chair, a broken table, and this laptop that would proceed to break in the process (have a new one now) but it felt like a more full circle moment This store was in the jewlery & fashion accessories niche. Margins were healthy due to low cogs, and it cash flowed nicely but were most likely going to move on from it. Have much better plans in place but was a sick ride. Over 23,000 total orders. This was ZERO to a million. 436 days without a single day missed of posting, which also means not a single day missed of work. Despite the internet turning into a world of fake weird shit, authentic shit still exists. Gonna start dropping some archives of all the shit I filmed behind the scenes that never got posted. Real 🅿️, put a milly up on the board publicly. 🧘‍♂️

📢| Young Multi addressed the latest situation “As you know, I am a Polish creator, and some international viewers who are seeing this for the first time don’t know my full history online or the Polish context I grew up in; that’s why I wanted to clear this up. So 14 years ago, when I was 15, I used a word in a video that I shouldn’t have never used. I never tried to hide it; I never tried to cover it up. That clip was publicly available the entire time in YouTube. I had the tools to remove it from the channel that uploaded it at any point. And I chose not to because I rather own it than pretend it never happened. I’m not using my age or where I am from as an excuse; that’s only for context. But the responsibility to understand the weight of the word was mine, and I came to understand it on my own. I already talked about this when I just started streaming, to my Polish viewers, before anyone dug it up now. But the video from this is long gone, so I don’t have a recording of it. You can take my word for it or not I’m not gonna push anyone to believe me. I said openly many times that I said stupid things in the past that i wouldn’t say today, that I regret, and I am ashamed of it. Often, I was the one who brought this topic up. Nobody was trying to cancel me or pressure me into talking about it I talked about it on my own. Also, the same clip actually came up once before, around the time I was first introduced to an international audience. And I didn’t address it then not because I wanted to ignore it I just didn’t feel confident enough in explaining something that difficult in English, which I said in my stream in Polish. It's not my first language, and explaining something properly without a context is a lot harder for me than in Polish, and I was afraid that the language barrier would make me come across the wrong way. I'm sorry for what I said. Now that I'm much older, I know that word hurts people, and I'm sorry that I used it. If after this u feel that you don't want to watch me anymore, I understand, and you shouldn't feel bad about that. However, for those who do stick around, I hope my behaviour shows that I genuinely changed and that I see a lot of things differently now. And like I said on the international Discord: liking me doesn't mean u have to defend me all the time. Unlike a lot of stuff that's just Twitter drama, I don't think that this one is; that's why I wanted to address it properly. Also, the one thing I want to address is that I've seen suggestions that deleted videos to hide something: that's not true. Like in 2017-..Like, you don't know the context because you've known me for like 6 months..But in 2017, when I started my music career, I deleted all my gaming videos and not just the "bad ones". I didn't want people to subscribe for gaming content. That was just a career shift. One more thing: I also have seen some accounts saying I reposted a meme referencing this drama today. You know the meme "somehow young multi has something to do with this". That's not true. That repost was from a completely different situation. I think it was about some Twitter ship-related drama and has nothing to do with it. I didn't repost it today. It was like a month ago, I think. Some of these accounts already know it's false and still haven't taken the post down. I think that's it. Thank you for listening. I cannot change the past, and I said multiple times that I'm really sorry, and I'm ashamed of things that I did 14 years ago. The only thing that I can do is to take accountability, and I don't think it's a "Twitter drama". I think the word has a strong meaning. I think talking about it right now is not some stupid Twitter drama, you know. That was my statement, and thank you for listening. [PL]Okay, I think that's it. I said what I wanted to say. You all know very well that.. Like I say.. There were some clips where I was saying some things, and it was a long time ago, but that doesn't change the fact that it was said. But I am ashamed of the things that I said. Just because you (Polish viewers) know the context doesn't mean that international viewers know the context, and I just don't want anyone to think I have the same way of thinking as I did 14 years ago. Many things have changed, and many things have changed in my view. So yeah, that's it."

🚨 Congress Not in Control of UFO Disclosure🚨 "Our Congress is not in control. They're ignorant and neutered when it comes to the subject matter. They were being bullied and being harassed at their homes and were scared for their life." (Yesterday, in the Mike Herrera post, I said, "Is there a valid reason Congress has failed to act aggressively on this info. (shared by Herrera and others) and Disclosure? Possibly. And I'll post about that later on today." Well, I didn't get to it yesterday but here it is now. These comments by Barber and others (including Grusch) are, IMO, the most under-discussed aspect of this topic. If this is true, it might explain why Congress has been so passive in trying to get to the bottom of everything. Have things changed since Barber went to the SSCI? I don't know. Barber says "Congress" but everybody else says Congressional "staffers." I know they're inextricably linked, but I'd like to know if it went beyond staffers and featured any actual members of Congress being intimidated or harassed. Massive H/T to my Patron, joeljewitt, for reminding me of what Barber said and staying on me to post about it.) Matt Laslo, this could explain a lot. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼) ~ jakebarber: "I found myself reaching out to the one thing that was always my Get-Out-of-Jail-Free card. Which was, I knew if anything got bad, I could go to members of Congress, particularly Senate Intelligence Committee (SSCI), the monitor for the CIA, and plead my case and ask for help. So we started there. "And unfortunately, that was a very disheartening experience. Because me going there asking for their help, very quickly turned in to them asking for my help. Which was extremely disappointing, to say the least. But they were scared, they were scared, and they were running into their own problems of being in fear of...they were being harassed, and they were afraid for their own personal safety. Ross Coulthart: "So people investigating this UAP Legacy program for Congress, were feeling threatened?" Barber: "They were feeling threatened. And other people they were speaking to as sources were being threatened. And so they very quickly, after learning who I was, began asking me for personal protection and for strategies to mitigate threat." Coulthart: "But you're not getting the help you need?" Barber: "No, I'm like, I came to you. So, that pretty much was a devastating moment where I'm like, shoot, we're all alone. And it was, unfortunately, a much more grave situation, because what it indicated was that our Congress was not only ignorant to the subject, they were neutered. They were neutered by what they could do about it. Congress needs an enforcement arm so laws without enforcement don't exist." ~~~Barber Interviewed by Jesse Michels~~~ Barber: "And I was left with the one like, emergency button that I always thought I had, and I punched it. And that was to go to Congress, to go to the Senate Intelligence Committee, and go to the monitor for CIA, and spill my guts, and go, 'Help me, help me, help me. This is what's happened. Like, help.' "That was probably one of the most discouraging experiences of my life, because within minutes of being there and asking for help, they were begging for my help. They were being bullied and being harassed at their homes and were scared for their life, and wanted me to set up a personal protection detail to help protect them. And I was like, 'Fine, fuck. I guess this is where we're going with it.' "It's a problem and it's sad, but our Congress is not in control. They are completely...they're ignorant and neutered when it comes to the subject matter. For the most part, they're ignorant and neutered. And where they're not ignorant and neutered, they're corrupt and arrogant, which nets us a Congress that's in a state of paralysis by analysis. "And I can't tell you, like, for me, how sinking a feeling that was. Like, I go running and I'm nervous because I'm gonna blow the whistle. And the first place I go is the Senate Intelligence Committee and the monitor for CIA, and I start telling my story. They don't question it for one second, they know it's happening. They're edifying everything I'm saying and trying to cut me off because they're so, like, excited to actually get to talk about this. And are like, 'Oh my god, so what do I do?' They're like, 'Give me your number. Do you have Signal? I need to text you. These guys were at my house last night.' And I'm like, 'Wait a minute. This was my asking for help moment.'" ~~~ When I met Grusch in August of 2022, I asked him if members of Congress had been intimidated. He said (I'm paraphrasing), 'No, but some of their staffers have.'" My full Grusch post from October of 2023... ~ And in June of this year, Coulthart told Jesse Michels this related piece of information: Coulthart: "One of the staffers on [the Senate Select Intelligence Committee] was concerned for his own safety, and asked Jake, 'Are you able to help me get security because somebody from The Defense Department is ordering helicopters to fly across and over my home. They're harassing my home.' And that's the kind of thing that The Defense Department was doing. They were buzzing a guy with Blackhawk helicopters just hovering over his home as an act of intimidation. A staffer, working for the Congress." Jesse: "I know exactly who you're talking about and he was providing a pipeline of Legacy operators..." Coulthart: "He was." Jesse: "...to basically talk to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence." Coulthart: "So I'm not blaming the staffers because these people are intimidated, they have families, too. And I don't think the public realize, that this is how the game is being played. You've got a vast national security state - and it is, truly, a Deep State, protecting itself, its self interest. Misusing the resources of the state - your money, your taxpayer dollars - to essentially, bully and intimidate. And in some cases, murder people." (I'd like to see what evidence was presented to Ross to back up the Blackhawk claim. Pics? Videos? We have that claim and claims of people being murdered but, as of now, no evidence to back it up. At least not publicly. If intimation and harassment are still taking place, what are we going to do to combat that? If thew answer is, "There's nothing we can do right now," then I wouldn't expect any Earth-shattering information to be coming from Congress any time soon. Is all of this the reason why Rounds was so wishy washy when talking about the UAPDA? If the UAPDA passes, do you think the public will get to see more data? Rounds: "I would hope so." 🙃🙃🙃 Full transcript:

🚨 Candace Just NUKED TPUSA Live on Air – Their “Debate Offer” Was a Midnight Trap & She Has the Receipts! Candace Just Called Their Bluff LIVE & They're CRUMBLING 😤 Y'all, if you thought TPUSA's midnight tweet ambush was peak clownery, buckle up. Candace just went full scorched earth on her show today, dropping the full text receipts and eviscerating their "debate" dodgeball. Quick recap: They drop a "formal offer" at MIDNIGHT for Dec 15th – smack in the middle of her daily live podcast (which they knew about) – with a shady 24-hour ultimatum. No call, no email, no "Hey, does this work?" Just straight to X for the viral smear setup. Candace? Responds like a boss: "Weird you tweeted this at midnight instead of hitting my line. Dec 15 in-person won't fly (holiday week chaos), but we'll nuke my podcast slot and join VIRTUALLY. Send the link – let's lock it in? 🔥" Their reply? Not "Cool, virtual works – here's the Zoom." Nah. Blake Neff tweets back: "Thanks for letting us know you won't join the in-person convo. Proceeding without you." BRO. You literally just announced a LIVE STREAM. They had Andrew Clavert on virtually TODAY. But suddenly, "in-person OR BUST" for the one person who could fact-check your lies in real-time? This is amateur-hour sabotage. They're terrified of Candace hopping on, armed with the dossier of TPUSA whoppers (Charlie's "demonic" flip-flop? The $4.6M slush fund shadows? CNP puppet strings?), and turning their "response" into a roast session. Candace nailed it: "Why proceed without me if this is about my allegations? Why the 24-hour trap? You need me in Phoenix so you can monologue unchallenged – classic cover-up vibes." And the comments? A BLOODBATH. "TPUSA's a dumpster fire." "This is lefty tactics 101." "Defund the frauds." Their audience ain't buying the "We tried!" spin – everyone's clocking the bad faith. Patriots, this is why we stan Candace: She's offering ANY TIME, ANY PLACE – virtual, midnight, whatever. Just send the damn link. But TPUSA's too busy circle-jerking in the green room to face a real debate. The truth about Charlie's death won't stay buried. Expose the games, demand transparency, pull the plugs on their donor scam. Who's with me? Drop a 🔥 if Candace is cooking them alive. RT to make this trend. Ball's STILL in your court, Blake Neff. Or are you scared? 👀

SN1 EP1: SEPERATION Attention: this post is not to seek validation from anyone here, but it is meant to clarify claims (Rated PG). I will start off this tete-a-tete with the baby mama, then Mutuzo later in the due course. Everyone has to get served with equity and equality now that we are under the gender equality oath. In December 2022, towards Christmas, my woman decided to go to the village for the festivities. It didn't auger well with me but I suggested that she leaves my son so i can have that celebration with him. She bitterly refused to listen to my plea, so she started fussing with not only sharp demeaning words towards me, but also brandishing a sharp knife at me (which was like the 100th time) with other objects. I held onto my son and locked the door but her temperatures boiled with hot magma, to the extent of hitting me with a mingling stick on my forehead, almost uprooting my eye. Eventually, I yielded for the sake of my son, so I handed him over and told my woman to do as she wished. However I told her if she was leaving, she would never be allowed back into my house, the claim she just laughed off with a sneer click. That night, I packed all her belongings and piled them safely. After two full weeks wherever she were, she returned one night alone without my son, she knocked but when I saw no son, I never opened for fear of a harmful attack on me. The next day at 6am, I put the pile of belongings at the door and went for my hustles. It was painful letting go of a 5 year well cultivated relationship which had also resulted into a handsome young boy. I did all this to end the toxicity that was at the peak and stop fights which could have ended in death or severe injuries. They say, to get truth out of a woman, you wait when she is angry. My baby mama spilled sharp claims that made me lose interest and raise suspicious questions. I have never been at the center of my son's prime decision making processes. It is always her little naughty feminist friends or family that dictates what should be done and how. My baby mama will craft any story using my son to extract money from myself and everyone around me, even my mother and distant friends. My son's welfare, and especially education, are very pertinent to me as a father. But it hurts me that my baby mama will get the school, decide whether boarding or day plan, then ask me for school fees at the end of all the important processes. In this economy, much as education is important, it shouldn't be a cut throat for me as a father. I could have a better plan for my son, but alas! I am never invited at the table of decision making. That makes me always think, who is the father of the boy? Those who have seen screenshots from Mutuzo have definitely seen how my baby mama saved my number in her phone, "Big Fool". I am sure you now have a glimpse of the type of woman I was struggling with in my 5 year cohabiting tenure. Moving forward, I love my son and not even his mother's validation plans will alter my love for that boy because he is my rightful heir. All I want is him brought back to my custody and my monitoring. He is a man, I wouldn't want him to become a riff raff just because he is being trained by a bunch of toxic feminists to hate the father. The video below is just a tip of the iceberg from my google drive. I am not posting it to tarnish her, I am posting it to clear claims of me beating her and not being in my son's life. I was ripped off my son against my wish and pray the universe relocates him back to me. As i said, I will be unlocking padlock after padlock. For now, conceptualize this and give me your honest opinions vis-à-vis the accusations that have been laid on me unfairly. I know it is a rebuttal for feminists who saying I beat my woman, but here is my evidence. I will attach a photo of me with a swollen forehead below. I thank you all.

how I’m building fractl for a $10M exit in 6 months, so I can produce my dream musical 🎤🎬 I don't know how 🤷🏼‍♀️ That's what the show is about ha. Figuring it out, in real time. Wish me luck lol fractl's new docu-series ‘‘The Crypto Hustle’ launches feb 26. Final-fucking-ly. thank you Superteam Canada & Solana for the funding and for making Episode 1 possible 🥰 For those of you who are new here, hiiii 🙋🏼‍♀️ my name is Rime Salmi, I'm an artist who accidentally built the biggest investor network in web3. And now we're producing a 12 episode documentary about how I'm working my way back to being an artist, with funding. the origin story. when I crashed with the last crypto cycle, back to zero (plus tax) at my grown age, I had to ask myself what the hell I was gonna do with my life. I always just wanted be an artist. With agency. So i worked and paid for everything, studio, music videos, started a record label, all that to keep my artistic freedom, for my entire career. Had some success, lots of failed experiments, lots of tears, and lots of fun. After I lost everything to the terra luna crash (mistakes were made 🥲), I had to figure out how I would fund the dream next. I needed a break from the emotional roller coaster of trading crypto, so I went back to school for the grant money (thank you government of Canada). I relocated to madrid for a change, and started making tiktoks. Skits that I thought were funny. Skits that i thought were risky but honest and necessary. I’ve always loved saying out loud what others are ashamed to even think 🤓 if you follow me on ig or tt you know ha I was having a blast. Creating all day. Some tiktoks took off. Ones that felt very personal. I felt seen. I was at my happiest, filming, editing, singing and pretending to listen in class, for the grant money. Then it hit me. That's what i want. I wanna be telling stories. I dont wanna be just a singer, just a songwriter, just an actress waiting for auditions to come my way. I wanna do it all, tell more stories, write and produce them. so…A musical? But I hate musicals 😭 why do they start singing in the middle of a conversation?!? whyyyyy A musical for people who don't like musicals??!!! 🥹 That’s it!! A MUSICAL FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT LIKE MUSICALS 🤩 DONE. So from the lowest of my finances, in the middle of career confusion, with a bruised ego from failing so miserably at my first crypto cycle, I found something great to get excited about for the rest of my life. I needed to validate the feasibility… because I know I’m a dreamer who gets shit done, but I’m very much a idealist. so I asked my good friend of mine and the producer of my first 2 albums Benny Adam (now a rising star, this is me clout chasing) for advice. I asked him: ‘is this too much? For me to wanna produce a whole as* Netflix series, music and all?? He’s the most talented, ambitious yet realistic guy I know. And I knew he would tell it to me like it is, but kindly. Because he’s also a nice human 🫶🏽 ‘So?? Is it too big of a project??’ He paused… I looked at him, hopeful 🥹 ‘Ya. It’s a reeeally big project 😕’, he said. Fuck. and then he paused, again. Just tell me, I thought. Tell me aaaall the reasons this is a bad idea… 😞 beat. ‘But if anyone can do it, it’s you’ cue inspiring battle field music Reeeallyyyyy? 🥹 I teared up. I’m tearing up now writing this. Because at that low point in my life, that’s what I needed. Just one person who really knew me, to remind me, despite my circumstances, of who I am and what I’m capable of. That I’m crazy, yes, but in a good way 👉🏽👈🏽 Shokran Benny. I don’t think you know how much that meant to me (I’m gonna tell him again because he’s on episode 4 of the Crypto Hustle ha) Ok. So. Musical it is. When I ran out of back-to-school government money, and needed to be an adult again, I reintegrated the crypto space, with a purpose. I called my friend and mentor Armando Pantoja and asked him what he thought I should go for in terms of job (I needed a break from entrepreneurship). He said ‘I’ve seen you at conferences, you’re really good with people, you know marketing, and you actually understand crypto. He said go to conferences, you’ll figure it out. Just show up’ I did. I showed up to eth denver 2022 and I started the first iteration of what became fractl as an influencer marketing agency, because I saw a good skill-market fit and because I couldn't find a job lol but I hated it. I dont wanna manage influencers, I don't wanna manage artists. I’m an artist, I would never manage me, that's crazy 😂 One thing led to the other I became a fractional CMO. An opinionated one 🤓 I found myself always trying to lead founders towards personal storytelling… suggesting they put themselves out there more. I really believed that it would help them build trust in a space that so desperately needs it. Then, I started hosting our investor events (to get leads for the agency), and saw the struggle of founders building and fundraising at the same time and the original idea for this show started to form. We need bolder marketing in this space. What if we followed these founders around the world at all these conferences and followed their journey, building a company, raising, launching a token, failing. In these ruthless markets, with the drama of personal sacrifices… I could see it so clearly 😃 So I started pitching it. THE BEST MARKETING CAMPAIGN EVER GUYS!! WHO'S IN?? No one. I couldn't convince a single founder of the vision.🥲 Maybe I wasn’t qualified enough in their eyes to carry out such a big vision, following multiple founders on a 6 month production around the world. They were probably right lol But I’m also a little crazy. And really really stubborn. That's something right?? A few months later, inspiration still strong, I told pablo erminy who's worked on multiple Netflix shows about it and he said: ‘why dont you just tell YOUR story? You have a great story, people will wanna watch you build in public to fund your artist dream. As a first reality tv production, one story is more than enough to handle.’ Wise man. Maybe i did underestimate how complex a multi-lead, international, real-time, film production would be 😬 Done. because I know great advice when I hear it. PIVOT! 🛋️ So that’s how ’The Crypto Hustle’ was born. This journey I was trying to sell to other founders, I would do it for myself. show not tell. Now the funding. I tried selling the project to sponsors on and off for over a year, between the normal fractl operations, hiring, training, firing, messing up, learning. And only ended up spreading myself so thin, that I neglected the core business. Company became a mess (for others reasons too, that I will come up on the show, hint: boys) Bottom line is, we lost more money than we made, trying to sell a show. I should've known. Film fundraising is a producer’s full time job lol Fast forward 1 year, 2 pilots and a near bankruptcy later, I’m now launching Episode 1 from Korea and just wrapping episode 2 from Hong Kong. No funding. (except for Episode 1, thank you again Superteam Canada 🥰) Fuck it. Might not be the big production I had envisioned, but all the core principles and the emotions, and team talent is there.. An MVP. Now. because waiting for things to align would just delay this indefinitely. And because I have more conviction than ever. not only in authentic storytelling as the best marketing, but also because my soul needs this. I need creativity to keep going. If i stay too long in business mode without publishing art, stories, songs, dances, funny skits, I find no reason to wake up in the morning. Not to be dramatic, but I really only wanna be an artist 😂 Also, the timing IS ideal. because in my mess, I got lucky 🥰 I found a production team that felt right instantly. Love at first meeting. not only are they aligned with the docu-series concept, but with the end vision too. The cultural impact I wanna have with the musical. vegetable Badr, Momo, @JuicySocialAgency, you're my favorite part of 2026 🫶🏽 So here we are. About to launch episode 1. Documenting the process of building fractl for a $10M exit in 6 MONTHS, so i can produce my dream musical 🥰 It’s about to be epic. Or a massive failure, in public. can girl with the pink hair make this happen? 👀 let the adventure begin 💚☺️ full episodes will be on my youtube channel. go subscribe ok?

MrBeast: "If you knew what I knew, you could get 10 million subscribers in six months" "Your videos suck. You think your videos are good, but they suck. They just do. And the sooner you learn how to make good, great videos that people actually want to watch, the sooner you'll get views." MrBeast shares his early reality: "When I was 14, I thought my videos were the best in the world. They weren't, they were terrible. To be successful, you kind of have to have a little bit of that ego where you think your content's great. But also, if you have sub-1,000 subscribers, there's a good probability your videos just suck. They just do." He explains what to do about it: "You need to make hundreds of videos. Improve something every time. And just get to the point where they don't suck. When you make good content, you'll blow up. It's not the algorithm. It's not anything. Most people who are in my position just made terrible videos, and that's okay. Because you've got to make a bunch of videos and improve over time to be great." MrBeast uses an analogy: "You don't just pick up a baseball and become an MLB-level athlete within a year. It takes many, many, many years. YouTube's kind of the same way." On analysis paralysis: "A lot of people get analysis paralysis. They'll sit there and plan their first video for three months. If you have zero videos on your channel, your first video is not gonna get views. Period. Your first 10 are not gonna get views. I can very confidently say that. So stop sitting there and thinking for months and months on end. Just get to work and start uploading." He gives the formula: "All you need to do is make 100 videos and improve something every time. Do that, and then on your 101st video, we'll start talking. Maybe you can get some views. But your first 100 are gonna suck." How to improve something each time: "The second video: put more effort into the script. The third one: learn a new editing trick. The fourth one: figure out a way to have better inflections in your voice. The fifth one: study a new thumbnail tip and implement it. The sixth one: figure out a new title. There's infinite ways. The coloring, the frame rate, the editing, the filming, the production, the jokes, the pacing, every little thing can be improved. There's literally no such thing as a perfect video." On the algorithm: "What YouTube wants is for people to click on a video and watch it. That's what it is at its core. By studying the algorithm, you'll learn that you're more studying human psychology. What do humans want to watch?" MrBeast shares a simple reframe: "Anytime you say the word 'algorithm,' just replace it with 'audience' and it works perfectly. 'The algorithm didn't like that video?' No, the audience didn't like that video. Literally, that's it. If people are clicking and watching, it gets promoted more. The algorithm just reflects what the people want." On titles: "Short, simple, and just so freaking interesting that you have to click. If someone reads it, are they like, do they have to watch it? Is it just so intrinsically interesting that it's gonna haunt them if they don't click?" He adds nuance: "Keep it below 50 characters. Above 50 characters, on certain devices it goes dot, dot, dot, and that's the worst thing because then people don't even know what they're clicking on." MrBeast shares the extremity principle: "The more extreme the opinion, typically the higher the click-through rate. 'Fiji water sucks', that'd do fine. But 'Fiji water is the worst water I've ever drank in my life', way more extreme, would do way better. But then you have to deliver. The more extreme you are, the more extreme you have to be in the video." On the first 5 seconds: "Before you film a video, what is the thumbnail? What is the title? Then what's the first 5 seconds? Then what's the first 30 seconds?" He explains why autoplay changed everything: "On YouTube now, videos automatically play. So many people don't even see the thumbnail because it autoplays so quickly. The thumbnail is irrelevant for them. I have to visually convince you to click on the video in the first 5 seconds. Before, the hook was important because you had to convince people to watch. Now you have to convince people to click and watch at the same time, with the first 5 seconds." On matching expectations: "Your title and thumbnail set expectations. At the very beginning of the video, to minimize drop-off, you want to assure them that those expectations are being met. If you click on a video called 'Tether is a scam' and at the very beginning, he starts talking about literally anything else, you're like, 'Oh, this is BS. This isn't what I clicked on.' But if at the very start you go, 'Tether is a scam and I'm gonna teach you why,' then it's like, okay, you match the expectations. Then you want to exceed them." He emphasizes the importance: "The thing people undervalue the most is literally the first 10 seconds of the video. That 15% difference in viewership between losing 35% of viewers in the first 30 seconds versus losing 20%, that really does make the difference between 2 million views and 10 million views. You just had a more strategic intro that hooked them." On removing dull moments: "You basically want to remove every dull moment. Find the 10 most critical people you know, make them watch the video, and just roast it. If I talk to a camera for 10 seconds without a cut, a lot of people will get bored. Having a B-cam and C-cam three seconds in, cutting to a different angle, now it's more interesting even though it's essentially the same thing." On keeping viewers watching: "Give them why they clicked. Tell them why they should watch. Then just stick on topic. That right there isn't even super complex, but I would already put you in the upper echelon of YouTube. A lot of people drag it out. It's like, 'I'm going to eat $100 ice cream, but first...' and then it's them birthday shopping for their mom. That's not why I came here." On quality over quantity: "It's much easier to get 5 million views on one video than 50,000 views on 100 videos. A lot of small YouTubers just post videos that aren't bad but aren't great, and none of them ever pop off, so they never get an audience. It might be better to upload half or a third or even a fifth of the videos, but make the videos you upload so freaking good that the algorithm has to promote it." He warns against the consistency trap: "When you set a consistent schedule and you're constantly having to upload videos that aren't as good as you'd like because you gotta hit 'Oh, this Monday I said I'd upload', that's a dangerous trap. The viewers notice the quality isn't as good and it makes them less likely to watch. I think it hurts your longevity." On the real metric that matters: "A big thing that everyone underestimates, what was your experience with your last video? If people loved the last video of yours that they watched, they're more likely to watch your next one. When people watch your video, you don't want them to go, 'Okay, that was good, but that's enough of you for the day.' What you want is them to go, 'Holy crap, that was crazy! Oh my god, what's that?' and they watch 10 videos. That's how you get high view counts. People watch 10 videos, not one." On thumbnails: "You want it to be simple. When they're scrolling, you want them to instantly understand what you're conveying and feel some type of emotion. Make it so interesting, or spike their curiosity so much, that if they don't click it, they'll wonder before they go to bed what happened?" He gives an example: "If you uploaded 'I rode a skateboard with 1,000 other people on it', and people are falling off the side, it's about to go off a big ramp if you don't click that, you're gonna be so curious. Later in the day, when you're daydreaming, you'll think, 'What happened to those 1,000 people on that skateboard?' That's the mindset you should have when making thumbnails." On knowledge being the only barrier: "It's all knowledge. It really is. I could start a new channel tomorrow without using my face or my voice, without ever promoting it, and in six months have 20 million subscribers. I just could. It's purely knowledge. If you knew what I knew, you could get 10 million subscribers no matter where you are right now within six months." He addresses the skeptics: "90% of the people watching don't agree with that. Everyone has excuses. 'Nah, YouTube just doesn't work like that, Jimmy.' But I mentor a lot of people. I see it all the time. It is possible. It is simply knowledge. The second you accept that it is knowledge and you start your journey of learning figuring out what makes a good video, what does my audience want, how can I elevate and then you take that knowledge and just assume 'I will never understand what the perfect video is' and every single day be devoted to learning and improving as much as possible there you go." On money not being the barrier: "There are tons of viral ideas that don't require money. It does not require money to go viral. One of my most-viewed videos was spending 24 hours in a desert, we just grabbed a tent and some stuff and went to the desert. It got 60-70 million views. People say, 'I could be MrBeast if I had money.' A, I didn't start off with money; I was poor, I had no money. It took me seven years just to buy a camera saving up from YouTube. And B, some of our most-viewed videos literally anyone can do." On why no one will outwork him: "No one's ever gonna do what I do better than me. It's just not humanly possible. I reinvest every penny I make. I work every hour I'm awake. I devote every atom in my brain to solving this. I hire the best people on the planet. I've been doing this for 14 years. And I think in decades, not years. I'm gonna be doing this for another 20-30 years. If I thought someone was doing better than me, I'd just start sleeping less so I could work even more." But he doesn't recommend it: "I don't have a life. I don't have work-life balance. My personality, my soul, my being is making the best videos possible. That is why I exist on this planet. And I don't recommend it. You should have work-life balance. You should not devote your entire life to this one thing. I have a mental breakdown every other week because I push myself so hard. I don't recommend it." The only question that matters: "Subscribers don't matter. Views don't matter. I mean, they do. But everything you want as a creator comes from making the best videos possible and thumbnails. The video part's the hard part. Ask: 'How can I make my videos better?' Do that every single day for years. And then you'll probably get views."

The days of calling it an “alleged recording” are over. Aidan recorded Karen without her consent. Then he played that recording for multiple people with one purpose- to turn them against her. Everything I’m saying below is based on what Aidan himself told me, repeatedly, long before any of this went public. And to make it even clearer, I’m including a clip in the comments of Aidan admitting directly to me that: He did record Karen, He lied about Nurse Kim not hearing it, He said it was “not a big deal,” and He admitted he has zero proof that I shared anything, because I didn’t. He’s publicly accusing me of something he knows he can’t prove because it never happened. Who he shared the recording with These names aren’t guesses or assumptions. They came straight from Aidan. -Nurse Kim -Will -Jimmy (Auntie Deb) -Jess Machado -Others I’m not naming because they haven’t lied publicly or attacked me. Will heard it. Kim heard it. Jimmy heard it. Jess publicly admitted she heard it. Aidan told each of us at different times. The initial list of 4 has since grown exponentially because he forgot who he shared it with. This is what he does. He overshares, forgets who he told, and then lies when the fallout hits. The Timeline August 26: Howie Carr announces Karen Read and team will join show. Aidan melts down and makes now-deleted tweet bashing Howie Carr. Throws shade at both Karen and Howie on his show. He even tried to beg the producer to let him go on with her. He eventually bashes said producer on twitter as well. August 28: Karen goes on Howie Carr show. Aidan throws a hissy fit because she didn’t thank him (after he’d been subtly attacking her for months and for going on Howie’s show at all). Aug 29: Karen and Aidan have a phone call. She gets rightfully angry with him, he stays calm and secretly records her. He then uses that recording to try to convince other content creators to turn on her. At first, he told me only 4 people heard it that same day, but now that is unknown. Like everything with Aidan, he shares things impulsively and forgets who he told after. Aug 30: The very next day, someone tells Karen that she was recorded and that Will and others have heard it. Karen contacts Will and he denies hearing it. Karen accuses Aidan directly of recording her and express what a betrayal it is. Sept 1: Aidan and I speak for the first time in over a month since our breakup. He tells me Karen is “accusing him of recording her.” I asked, “Well… did you?” He said yes, and followed it with, “But I think she’s bluffing because she probably doesn’t have a recording.” I told him that’s a very specific accusation to make out of nowhere, she’s never accused you of recording her before, someone clearly told her. He repeated the same four names he claimed heard it. He was sure no one would dare betray him by doing the right thing and being honest with Karen. (Again, that list has grown since, because he lies, shares, forgets, and backtracks.) The Following week Karen repeatedly tells him she knows he recorded her. Aidan repeatedly lies and denies it. September 8 I hear the recording myself for the first time, during lunch with him. I don't ask to hear the recording, he shoves his phone in my face to listen. The recording is not what he described, where he painted Karen as an evil c*nt, just as he's done to his followers. Karen is rightfully angry and fed up with Aidan's antics. By this point, Karen already had the recording. Whoever told Karen was not me, because I didn’t even know the recording existed yet. Multiple people lied to her. She knows who they are. Someone eventually came clean. It wasn’t me. Karen never wanted Aidan to be criminally charged for this or “send him to jail” as he’s spun his narrative. Neither did I. All she wanted was for people to stop lying to her and for Aidan to stop disrespecting her. I happily lied for Aidan for quite awhile, but since he’s used me as the scapegoat for the recording leak, that’s over. Why People Lie People ask why these creators denied hearing it. Because they didn’t want to choose between Aidan and Karen. They wanted continued access, relevance, and possible media opportunities. For example, Kim told me during a two-hour call in October that she “didn’t know it was illegal” when she heard it and felt for Karen. Sure, a loyal Turtleboy follower doesn’t know about wiretapping laws. But she also didn’t want the Turtleboy wrath. She denied it publicly because she wanted to keep doors open with Karen. So she went along to try to keep playing both sides. Fine with me, until she started publicly bashing me too. To the Creators Pushing Aidan’s Narrative… Shame On You You spent two years defending Karen, raising money off her name, and building platforms on her story, then the minute Aidan needed cover, you parroted every lie he fed you to tear her down. Hypocrisy doesn’t even begin to cover it. Tonight He’s bringing on the same creators who have been lying for the last two months, the same people who denied hearing the recording even though they did. Let’s see what happens tonight. Will they keep lying? Will they keep dragging Karen to protect him? Or will they finally tell the truth now that the lies have collapsed? Because the truth is no longer “alleged.” The clip I’m posting proves exactly what happened, in Aidan’s own voice. I never wanted to do any of this. I never wanted a public war. But at some point, you’re pushed so far you have no choice. Now the truth is out, all of it, including the part straight from Aidan’s mouth.

🚨: Montgomery Toms & Will Coleshill ASSAULTED, ATTACKED, AND ARRESTED DURING A UNIVERSITY DEBATE Full Statement: Yesterday, Montgomery Toms (Founder of Freedom Watch GB) visited the London College of Communication to publicly debate mass deportations, a position that is openly discussed and increasingly accepted in mainstream political discourse. During what had been a calm and orderly debate, a student came up behind Montgomery Toms and violently flipped the table. Cameras were broken, Montgomery was assaulted, and additional equipment was damaged. Will Coleshill, cameraman, editor, and friend of Freedom Watch GB, immediately stepped in to defend Monty and restrained the individual under a citizen’s arrest. This was lawful and justified. The individual had already assaulted Monty, damaged property, and posed a clear risk of further harm or fleeing before police arrived. All legal criteria for a citizen’s arrest were met. University lecturers, LCC security, and students then intervened aggressively, placing William in a chokehold, grabbing and hitting him, while the man who assaulted Monty was also kicking and biting him. This disrupted the citizen’s arrest and allowed the individual who assaulted Monty and damaged our equipment to walk free. Drinks were thrown at William by other LCC students, and he was further assaulted and grabbed, forcing Monty to intervene and pull off those restraining and attacking William. Monty called the police immediately after the citizens arrest took place. When officers arrived, they initially appeared supportive. That changed the moment they saw our banner, which read: “Britain Needs Mass Deportations.” From that point on, the situation shifted dramatically. William Coleshill was accused of assaulting the individual who had attacked Monty, despite the fact that he was lawfully restraining him while waiting for police that he asked to be called. It is our sincere belief that this sudden change in attitude by the Metropolitan Police was politically motivated. The footage does not fully capture this shift, but it was clear and unmistakable in person. William was then arrested following an altercation in which an officer aggressively shoved him after he understandably asked whether the man who assaulted both Monty and himself was going to be arrested. This was just after the Police had read and understood our political stance. While being detained, William reports hearing the leading officer say, “You brought this upon yourself.” Monty was also told by the same officer that he should not be surprised by the reaction, namely the assault, that took place along with another officer that claimed it is illegal to be offensive. The largest polling political party in the country, Reform UK, openly supports mass deportations of hundreds of thousands of migrants. This is a well accepted debate and should not warrant or risk physical attacks. The police were called because Monty was assaulted. Yet the individual who carried out the attack was not arrested. Instead, the man who lawfully intervened to protect him was detained. This is a clear abuse of power and reflects a politically motivated, two-tier approach to policing. We want thank William Coleshill for his immediate and selfless act of stepping in without hesitation to defend Monty. We will not be silenced with fear, and Montgomery Toms will continue to fight for freedom. We will not stop engaging in calm, open, and respectful debate. However, Freedom Watch GB needs your support. We are just getting started, and after these events, we believe we must take the necessary steps to fund paid security to mitigate further attacks, but we can't do that without your help. Please donate via the GoFundMe link in the thread below 👇🏻🙏🏻

Canadian pork producer pushes back after Health Canada OKs unlabelled lab-grown meat 🥩 One of Canada’s largest organic pork producers says the public deserves clear labelling, and a real choice before cloned meat hits supermarket shelves. Health Canada's new regulatory experiment, cellular agriculture, will soon appear in supermarkets. What does this seemingly harmless term actually mean? Health Canada defines this as cultivated food—including meat, seafood, eggs, and milk—grown from animal cells in a lab without raising live animals. Scientists isolate cells (e.g., muscle fibers from chicken) and grow them in ‘controlled culture conditions’ until the desired tissue forms. The Department states the grown tissue can be prepared and eaten like any food ingredient (baked, grilled, or fried). Normally, experimental items like this fall under Canada's novel foods category, requiring a thorough pre-market safety assessment. This framework mandates developers provide detailed data on production, contaminants, allergens, toxins, and nutrition. Health Canada reviews typically take about 410 days. However, Health Canada (Health Canada and PHAC) quietly released a statement concluding, based on "all available information" and "scientific opinion," that foods from healthy cattle and swine clones and their offspring are as safe as those from traditionally bred animals. That's a big declaration, prompting questions about how these emerging food technologies are evaluated and how fast they're entering Canada's food system. Sylvain Charlebois, Director of the Agri-Food Analytics Lab at Dalhousie University, joins the The Food Professor Podcast to break down what’s really behind Health Canada’s labelling discrepancy. “Over the years that we've seen benefits given to the industry, but when it comes to the till, when it comes to the consumer paying for that food, there's never any obvious financial benefits for the consumer,” he explains. If you start labelling, you completely change the rules because if clone meat is $10 and regular meat at $10, most people will take the regular meat. But if the cloned meat costs less, $7 or so dollars, my bet is that a lot of people would consider it, but let the people decide; power to the people! The public is disempowered without proper information. Health Canada's refusal to provide transparent labeling contradicts its claimed commitment to openness and accountability. Major producers are now resisting. duBreton, a large Canadian organic pork company, is publicly pressuring Health Canada to permit voluntary labels for cloned meat. “There is nothing wrong with innovation in food production, but never at the expense of an honest food system,” said CEO Vincent Breton. “Consumers should have the right to decide for themselves whether they want to buy genetically modified foods.” Cloned meat raises serious moral, ethical, and religious concerns beyond just cost and convenience, demanding greater respect in safety and consumption discussions. No food shortage justifies replacing real meat with bugs, lab-grown proteins, and synthetic substitutes. This is a coordinated, unnecessary push framed as "climate action" for our own good. **MH370x Breaking Update** My Letter to Congress Dear Congress, My name is Ashton Forbes and I am currently disclosing the most important videos in the history of the world. All of this information is publicly available. I would like to state that I have a Top Secret US Government clearance as part of my job as a contractor. My job has nothing to do with advanced technology, I am only stating this to establish my credibility. I am not bound by an NDA. This is not a hoax, disinformation, or misinformation. You don't need to believe me because everything is verifiable. I am requesting a public hearing. I am willing to testify in front of congress as to the authenticity of these videos and explain every aspect of them. I would also invite physics experts to validate the science on display. The videos in question are that of the true fate of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370, on March 7th, 2014 at 18:40UTC at the Nicobar Islands. One is of an MQ-1C Gray Eagle with a thermal layer added by the leaker, and the other is a 3D battlespace produced by the SBIRS (Space Based Infrared System), via SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) using data from Spy Satellite USA-229 which has a sister satellite next to it classified as debris. This allows for the proven 3D stereoscopic imagery we see in the Satellite video. The oldest archived versions of the videos we could find come from "RegicideAnon" a UFO video uploader, who uploaded unrelated videos previously, indicating they are not the source. Higher quality versions were released by other UFO uploaders on youtube later on, indicating neither is the original source. The dates are damning. Satellite Video (Received: March 12, 2014, Uploaded May 19, 2014) - MQ-1C Gray Eagle (Received: June 5, 2014, Uploaded June 13, 2014) - So why now, many ask? Because only in 2023 do we have the basis to understand these videos to be real. We needed the 2017 DoD Navy UAP videos to understand what FLIR footage looks like, the 2019 Trump satellite leak to understand those capabilities, 2020 scientific papers that show 'wormholes' are humanely traversable, LK-99 that shows the emergence of superconductivity and finally AI in daily use as ChatGPT. Without all these things the MH370 videos seem like magic. We know the location of the videos because the investigative group I started, MH370x, satellite experts used amateur historical trajectories to identify the correct satellite in the correct position to take the 3D stereoscopic video we see. We can see six sets of coordinates in the satellite video which we had incorrectly thought were in the South Indian Ocean, until we were able to realize the only possible location was the Nicobar Islands because the plane is turning left in both videos and due to the coordinate shifts. This means the plane is turning south and to the east. The satellite and witness (Katherine Tee) indicate the time is 18:40UTC, March 7th, 2014. Proof the Satellite video is 3D Stereoscopic - SBIRS - USA-229, the smoking gun - The Witness - I have been investigating and writing about these videos as a Citizen Journalist for the past 10 weeks. My X Corp (Twitter) following has gone from 30 followers to 8500+ of multidisciplinary backgrounds from the strength of the evidence alone. My handle is . We have definitively proved every aspect of the videos to be authentic. We know the assets, the time, the location, we have a witness, we know that there was a fire on the plane likely from the lithium ion batteries which broke containment, causing the Halon gas to permeate throughout the plane. Lithium Ion Battery Fire - There was no debris field, which is impossible for a 777 crashing into the ocean. The small amounts of debris found are consistent with the fire scenario, and some debris had burn marks. A fire suppression device from a B777 washed up in the Maldives and was not investigated despite having visible serial numbers. The Maldives were intentionally excluded from the search, despite witnesses on one of the small islands seeing the plane flying low and identifying the red/blue stripe of Malaysian Airlines early in the morning on March 8, 2014. All the Witnesses - We know that the 'official' narratives are a lie to cover up that this technology was deployed to either save the plane, or as espionage to prevent the 20 Freescale Semiconductor scientists onboard from going to China. I suspect they are integral to the technology we see. We know the plane didn't crash into the ocean because the SOSUS system didn't hear the acoustic sound. The same system that heard the Titan sub pop and the Navy lied about it for 5 days while oxygen counters were on every major news channel. The Diego Garcia hydrophones and Western Australia hydrophones also didn't hear it. Missing Hydrophone Data - I wish that this being MH370 was the most important part of these videos, because ultimately I'm doing this for the families of the victims, the witnesses, the leaker of these videos, and the world that has been lied to. However, the most important part of these videos is that they prove conclusively that the US Government is hiding Superconductivity, Teleportation, and 'Free Energy' from the world. Everything we see in these videos can be explained by science. This is not 'aliens' in these videos. This is our technology. The assets are filming the plane before the orbs even show up. The drone cannot catch a 777-200, it must have intercepted it. This is a US Government operation. I do not believe that we could be this secretly advanced without a reverse engineering program. The orbs in this video are ignoring gravity, being pulled forward by some 'gravity engine' indicated by the dark lines in front of them, and upon intercept are traveling at estimated Mach3 speeds. The explanation for their pattern is artificial intelligence, a computer program. Superconductive Harmonic Orbs - Traversable Wormholes - The videos do not show annihilation because E=MC^2 and the 'zap' would be much larger. It's not an explosion because it's cold in the thermal, not hot. It's a black hole. It's also not 'cloaking' because the smoke stops when the plane disappears. It has to be teleportation based on science. A wormhole. I found out, to my own surprise, that humanely traversable wormholes are theoretically possible. This singularity is causing a transitional phase state change in the plane where it reverts to a wave function and obtains a probabilistic nature. This is only possible with superconductivity and ‘free energy’ technology. Macroscopic Decoherence (how the plane was teleported) - I was also able to identify the leaker of the videos as being Lieutenant Commander Edward C. Lin. He checks every box to be the leaker. Our Government attempted to put him in prison for life as a traitor, but he is no spy. Edward C. Lin is a hero. He took a plea deal after he was convinced he damaged national security, but he never revealed this information to our enemies. He simply wanted to do the right thing and tell the world the truth of this technology and what happened to MH370. He was sentenced to 9 years in prison and likely is bound by his plea deal to never speak about the videos again. We can vindicate this man as well as everyone else who was lied to or discredited. Evidence that the leaker is Edward C. Lin - I also got a tip from a source that told me that the nephew of Retired General Joseph F. Dunford has seen the videos and indirectly confirmed their authenticity. He was likely in charge of the operation as the commander of the International Security Assistance Force in 2014. He then served as the 19th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the nation’s highest-ranking military officer, and the principal military advisor to the President, Secretary of Defense, and National Security Council from Oct. 1, 2015, through Sept. 30, 2019. He is now on the board of directors at Lockheed Martin. While the destination of the plane is speculative, the most likely place is Diego Garcia. The witnesses in the Maldives indicate that, as well as the American passenger Phillip Wood EXIF data photo, that points to Diego Garica where he claimed to be held prisoner. I'm not sure what happened to the passengers. It is scientifically possible that some survived. None of the families of the victims have reached out to me. I am operating under the assumption that they were returned to their various countries in exchange for their silence, and Phillip Wood may be in Witness Protection. Phillip Wood EXIF photo is not 'fake' - I know the videos seem impossible, but they are authentic. They are not CGI. We were able to show that the satellite video is a Citrix session logged into the actual spy satellite database due to the framerate discrepancy between the mouse we see, and the background. (24fps vs 6fps) Also, hundreds of community VFX experts have analyzed the footage frame by frame and not a single discrepancy can be found. The list of requirements to ‘hoax’ the videos is practically impossible. What it would take to 'hoax' the MH370 videos - It's not CGI (see replies) - These videos implicate the US Government in a black budget reverse engineering program alla whistleblower David Grusch's sworn testimony to congress. This information will shock you and I hope you will seek to expose the truth. This surpasses petty politics. Please help for the good of the country. This is a verifiable conspiracy, and while I believe that it is being done because the forces that be think that society will collapse if this technology is made publicly available, I disagree. We can handle this information and the technology has the capability to change the circumstances of millions if not billions of people. What matters in this world is the time we spend in it, with the people we care about. That will not change. The reason I am requesting a public congressional hearing is because I believe the weight of the evidence can convince enough people in congress that the true events of MH370 were covered up by our own government and that there is a black budget advanced technology program, most likely based on reversed engineered Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP). Sincerely, -Ashton Forbes #MH370x #MH370

The biggest threat to humanity and nobody has a clue. The U.N. out of all people are even sounding the alarm, and the sad part is, it's already here. Remote Neurotechnology is changing the future. First MK Ultra with our own government, drugs, torture, and sexual abuse, then, which first started out as a secret DARPA project has now reached the commercial sector and will be a standard feature in all upcoming technology, if it isn't already, without you even knowing about it. Why do you think they want smart cities so bad? You'll be hooked up to the "system" and they will know everything about you physically and mentally. Slowly, I've been introducing you to this technology that has been in development since the 1960s, which first started with Professor Delgado's mind control experiment with the raging bull, and electromagnetic remote mind controlled monkey experiments, to it's perfected versions in the 1980s, and now with the help of, RF, ELF, Bluetooth, 5G, electromagnetic radiation, Blue Light, Quantum computers and A.I., remote neural monitoring is here, and has been for some time. They're just publicly coming out now to talk about it. Some of our brightest minds from Harvard, Yale, MIT, and private military contractors have perfected this amazing but absolutely frightening technology. With what is disguised as new, fun, and amazing technology which does have positive benefits, nobody, of course is talking about the other side. The side that not only our intelligence agencies and hacking groups all around the world already have the capabilities of doing, but now Big Tech and advertisers and every other company will now have access to not only see and understand what you are thinking and seeing in your brain, but also capable of planting thoughts, images, and inducing emotions, and behaviors. Blue light technology which is located in every smartphone and computer monitor and T.V. screen also has the ability itself which can regulate dopamine levels, hence why you see the rise is addiction in the younger generations to their phones and other technologies etc. This also goes with tech being developed for "Pre-Crime" identification that the U.K. is already in development with, so you could be charged for thought crimes. Yes, this is real. Jobs will now be able to detect what your thinking about and if your paying attention to the task at hand or day dreaming. The most IMPORTANT thing I am trying to tell you, if you can read between the lines, is that you have to be aware of this technology for a very specific reason. Some of this tech is so sophisticated, and if you are not aware of it you could be tricked into thinking something is happening that really isn't or be induced to do something, or "WITNESS" something happening to you, when in reality it's really just technology. That's how realistic this tech can make you feel by inducing emotions, and behaviors, along with "sounds/voices." Folks, this is important and why Congress is already quietly writing legislation to protect people's privacy and human rights. Here is how I am using AI right now at work, at home, and for my finances... Every founder, executive or investor I talk with these days wants to know how others are using AI in their daily lives. I figured it would be helpful to pull back the curtain on what I am using and how I have implemented the various products. There are three areas where I have adopted AI in a material way: professionally, financially, and personally. Professional use of AI On the professional side, I am currently using Grok Grok Bot extensively. I started with a Chief of Staff bot that I put in charge of the entire operation, followed by a number of more specialized bots for various bodies of work (talent recruiter, product designer, podcast researcher, book launch manager, email organizer, etc). Once I had the initial team of bots set up, I spent about an hour “onboarding” the Chief of Staff to my professional life. I treated this exactly how I would onboard a human Chief of Staff. I explained each business I am involved with, including their products, business model, personnel, metrics, and goals. I explicitly called out what the business is doing well and where we need to improve. I also gave the Chief of Staff access to relevant systems (email, calendar, Slack, analytics dashboards, etc). Once I had given as much context as I thought necessary, I asked the Chief of Staff to create an overview document to send me so I could double-check the accuracy and thoroughness of the bots understanding. I also asked the CoS bot to interview me for any other information that would be relevant to ensuring the bot could help me. This entire process was fairly quick and painless, but I believe it was the single most important thing I did to get value from Grok Bot. The more context that the AI system has, the more helpful it can be. That context can come from static, institutional knowledge or it can come from dynamic daily updates like email and Slack messages. After getting the bots set up and giving them context, I have done two other things that I think are worth sharing. The first is that my team of bots holds a daily standup meeting where they all come together and share what they did yesterday, what they are going to do today, and what they need my help or approval on (aka what they are blocked on). These “exec meeting” or daily standup allows for the bots to collaborate in a more seamless way, while also creating a very simple process for the Chief of Staff bot to put together a daily brief for me on what happened yesterday, what is going to happen today, and where I am needed to unblock productivity. The second thing I have done is treat the AI system as the brain of the company. Most people try to use AI as an augmentation to themselves, which can be helpful to a degree. I have flipped the relationship though. I look at my job as persistently giving the AI bots as much context as possible, so I can leverage their superhuman intelligence to make decisions and achieve our goals. For example, the recruiter bot recently surfaced a number of very high-quality candidates for an open role we have. After meeting with each candidate, I wrote a quick message to the recruiter bot to tell it what I liked about the person, what I thought were potential issues, improvements for future searches, and what the next steps were with each individual. All of that information and context is getting stored in the bot’s memory, which will compound over time and help us improve as an organization. Quick pro tip: If you are worried about putting all of the context into a single system’s memory, but unsure if that is the system you will use forever, you can have Grok Bot or another system dump their memory and context into a Notion document as well. This way you have a duplicate copy of the memory so it can be referenced by any AI system you use in the future. My takeaway from using Grok Bot to manage our companies is that we are having to hire less people, we are seeing a direct impact on revenue growth, and it appears to drive higher quality in our decision-making process. That is a win-win-win. I highly recommend going through these steps to setup your system correctly and it will pay off big time later on. Financial use of AI On the financial side, it was nearly impossible to find a good AI product to use for personal finance. Everything seemed to be a Chat-GPT wrapper that technically worked from an engineering standpoint, but didn’t solve any of the user problems I was facing. A big issue is that most of the fintech products are focused on budgeting and saving, rather than investing and growing your portfolio. This is why I eventually spent the time and money to build CFO Silvia. I went through a similar process of getting Silvia set up with the necessary context. I attached my bank accounts, brokerage accounts, crypto accounts, and credit cards, along with uploading real estate, cars, collectibles, and private investments. Silvia allows me to dynamically track the value of these assets (and my overall net worth) in real-time. But the real unlock for me has been talking to Silvia about two specific topics: tax and estate planning. As most of you know, I am not a frequent trader, so although you could use Silvia for stock analysis or trading activities, that is not my approach to investing. Instead, I have had great success in using Silvia to find creative and valuable tax mitigation strategies that are personalized to my situation, including ideas that had not previously been surfaced by my accountants, lawyers, or tax experts. Additionally, I have used Silvia for estate planning purposes. I am married and have four children, so there is a decent amount of complexity and opportunities to pursue. Having a dedicated resource with superhuman intelligence and the full context of my personal financial situation has been incredibly powerful. One funny thing I have noticed is that I am willing to tell Silvia certain things that I would hesitate to tell other humans (financial goals, areas of concern, etc) and I ask numerous “dumb” questions that I would probably shy away from asking a human. Regardless of why I feel more comfortable talking to the AI product, it has unlocked a few different ideas and strategies that I was previously unaware of, so that has been an added bonus to using the product. If you aren’t using AI to help manage your finances, I think it is a no brainer to start using the technology. I am biased towards Silvia since we built it, but you can give it a try for free here: Personal use of AI On the personal side, I use almost all of the traditional AI products (Chat-GPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, etc). Those are well understood at this point, but one product that I started using recently that I am impressed with is Instinct AI. They have built a personal assistant AI bot that you communicate with through iMessage or SMS. The experience has been delightful, but I am most excited about the bot’s ability to anticipate the second or third-step in a process before I have to tell it anything. For example, Instinct got access to my calendar and immediately started identifying scheduling conflicts and asked me if I would like the bot to reach out to one of the parties to reschedule. I never told it to look for conflicts, nor did I tell it I wanted help rescheduling things. It’s “instincts” knew what the basic task would be and began executing. Another example is that Instinct was told my wife is Polina, so whenever it deems something important to the household or family, Instinct will add Polina to the calendar invite, communicate the information to her, or ask me if Polina should be aware of the information. This is very helpful for someone like me who has too many things floating around in my brain and should always do a better job of keeping Polina informed about various things. Lastly, Instinct is very helpful in scanning my personal email and understanding what is most important. It ignores things that are trivial, but somehow can parse out the high priority items, summarize them for me in a text message, draft a response to the email, and then ask me for permission to respond. As I said, it is the most impressive personal assistant AI product I have used so far. So those are the three big areas that I use AI today and the specific products I have incorporated into my life. Before I let you go, I figured I could share some best practices I have learned as well. I also make sure to tell AI bots they are not allowed to respond to any message or email without my explicit approval. This reduces the risk of having a bot go rogue with a message or commitment that I am not onboard with. I also ensure that each bot only has read access to our business systems like an analytics dashboard, etc. While I am a big proponent of using these products and believe they will fundamentally transform how we operate professionally, I am still not ready to let them loose without human oversight. I am sure that will change in the coming weeks and months, but I need more time to get comfortable with that level of delegation and trust. I hope this overview was helpful for each of you. It would be great if you could respond to this post with any products you are using or tips/tricks that you have learned to get more productivity and value in your life. I love writing these letters each day because I learn just as much from me as I learn from you all. Onwards!

Two and a Half Minutes That Defined a Decade The moment that “bum-ba-bum-BOOM” drumbeat hits, the whole stage seems to light up. Three young women stand under the lights, towering beehive hairdos, dark outfits, microphones in hand, moving and singing with pure energy. Ronnie is in the center—her voice sharp yet warm, those “whoa-oh-ohs” soaring without any strain. Backup dancers move behind them. The audience cheers. It’s just over two and a half minutes, but it feels like the entire 1960s has come alive right in front of you. The Ronettes came out of Spanish Harlem and Washington Heights in New York. Veronica “Ronnie” Bennett, her sister Estelle Bennett, and their cousin Nedra Talley started singing together in the late 1950s, drawing inspiration from doo-wop groups like Frankie Lymon & the Teenagers. They performed at the Peppermint Lounge, appeared in a twist movie, and released a few modest singles. The turning point came when Estelle called Philles Records. Phil Spector heard Ronnie sing “Why Do Fools Fall in Love” and immediately knew that was the voice he’d been looking for. The three of them signed with his label in 1963. “Be My Baby” was written by Jeff Barry, Ellie Greenwich, and Phil Spector. Ronnie later said the song captured the explosive feeling of those early days between her and the producer. The recording sessions took place in July 1963 at Gold Star Studios in Los Angeles. Ronnie flew out to California alone. The other two Ronettes weren’t called in. Background vocals came from the Blossoms, Cher (her first time in a studio), Sonny Bono, and Nino Tempo. The session musicians—later known as the Wrecking Crew—included Hal Blaine on drums, multiple pianos at once, guitars, bass, brass, and a full string section. It was the first time Spector used a full orchestra at Gold Star for one of his records. The studio was packed. They rehearsed for hours before rolling tape. Hal Blaine later explained that the legendary opening drum pattern came from an accident—he dropped a stick and missed the second beat. He kept the “mistake,” and it became the unforgettable signature. Ronnie spent three days recording her vocals. Between takes she would slip into the ladies’ room to practice those “oh-oh-ohs,” partly because the acoustics were great in there and partly so the musicians wouldn’t get distracted. Spector built his Wall of Sound by layering instruments thickly and using Gold Star’s famous echo chamber, creating a dense, almost symphonic sound he called “little symphonies for the kids.” The finished track felt both powerful and intimate, grand and personal at the same time. Released in August 1963, “Be My Baby” climbed to No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, held strong for weeks, hit No. 1 on Cash Box, and reached the top five in the UK. Dick Clark called it “the record of the century” on American Bandstand. It sold millions of copies in its first year. The song became an icon of the 1960s for several interlocking reasons. The Wall of Sound delivered a sense of scale that matched the energy and ambition of a young generation growing up with radio and television. The lyrics were simple teenage romance, yet Ronnie delivered them with confidence and a subtle sensuality that created a compelling tension. At that moment, girl groups were reshaping how female artists appeared on stage—confident, stylish, magnetic. “Be My Baby” captured that shift and elevated it. The impact was immediate. Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys heard the song for the first time while driving. He had to pull over to the side of the road, completely overwhelmed. He later called it the greatest record ever made and said no one would ever top it. Wilson bought multiple copies, played them over and over, and studied every layer. He wrote “Don’t Worry Baby” as a kind of answer song, originally intending it for the Ronettes, before keeping it for his own group. John Lennon loved Ronnie’s voice too. Later generations kept drawing from that drumbeat, that sense of space in the production, and the direct emotional charge of the track. Every time I watch the performance clip again, it still feels fresh. Ronnie smiles, sings, and moves across the stage as if the song had been written the day before. Nothing feels forced. The energy comes from the three of them, from the hidden orchestra behind them, and from the way the record was built. It’s a moment when pop music learned how to create something large inside a small frame. More than sixty years later, the recording still stands among the most important songs of its era, inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame and the National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress. Sitting with the video, what comes through clearest is pure joy. No long explanation needed. Just that opening drumbeat, then Ronnie’s voice stepping in, and suddenly you remember why this song remains tied to the 1960s—because it caught the pulse of its time, because it was made with such care that it became a standard, and because it still makes people want to sing along, move along, and believe every word.
