This is effectively rigid endoscopy. The downside to this technique as compared to true rigid esophagoscopy (at least as it is demonstrated here) is the inability to visualize at the same time as passing the suction tubing. That said, one could possibly use a pediatric gastroscope through the overtube at the same time as suction tubing.

In this clip Dr. Peter McCullough describes the clots he has seen as unusually large, highly resistant to blood thinners, and containing spike protein that forms amyloid-like structures. He also references higher rates of retinal artery and vein occlusions in vaccinated vs unvaccinated people (data from 2021, two-dose series).

Did you know that the more modern method of creating round hay bales became the preferred method for the majority of livestock operations in the early to mid-1970s? The reason was simple economics - While smaller round balers existed as early as 1947, the "revolution" in haymaking was triggered by the 1971 introduction of the big round baler by Gary Vermeer. The popularity of large round baler was in large part because it turn turned this task from a full crew of people into a one-person job, allowing a single operator to bale, move, and feed high volumes of hay without additional help.
