Big Congratulations on the official launch of the China GCV CT after two months of reorganization! We now have 11 members in the China GCV CT led by Global GCV Ambassador Mr. Daniel Chen 👏👏👏 Following the Open Network on February 20th of this year, some former Chinese CT members lost their way due to misleading information, insufficient study, and complacency. To address this, I appointed Global GCV Ambassador Mr. Daniel Chen as the head of the China GCV Ambassador team. After nearly two months of hard work, the China GCV CT has demonstrated their loyalty, commitment, and efficiency. Currently, there are around 300 GCV candidates in training who will take on the roles of provincial and city GCV Ambassadors, working towards GCV education and ecosystem development. Below is the list of China GCV CT members: - **Daniel Chen**: Member of the core committee, standing committee member, chief ambassador, responsible for the overall work of the core team. - **Yu Shilong**: Member of the core committee, standing committee member, executive director, and director of ecological development. - **Hong Xuaner**: Member of the core committee, standing committee member, deputy executive director, and director of publicity and education. - **Tian Qingsheng**: Member of the core committee, standing committee member, deputy executive director, and deputy director of ecological development. - **Huo Long**: Member of the core committee and deputy director of publicity and education. - **Zheng Jianping**: Member of the core committee and chairman of the industry alliance. - **Chen Biao**: Member of the core committee and deputy director of ecological development. - **Shang Guan**: Member of the core committee and deputy director of publicity and education. - **Lei Bangfeng**: Member of the core committee and deputy director of technical education. - **Wang Haitao**: Member of the core committee and deputy director of ecological development. - **Wu Hongzhi**: Member of the core committee and vice chairman of the industry alliance. - **Wu Ge**: Chief ambassador of Sichuan Province in China and spokesperson for the core team committee. I would like to congratulate Mr. Yu, Shilong on his promotion to Executive Director of China GCV CT from Deputy Executive Director due to his outstanding achievements during the buyback campaign. Additionally, I want to congratulate him on his appointment as China Ecosystem Development GCV Ambassador. Mr. Wu, Hongzhi has stepped down as Executive Director of GCV CT to focus on his role as Vice Chairman of the China Industry Alliance. We need supply chains that will accept Pi as payment, as this will reduce the pressure on merchants to convert Pi to fiat currency. This approach will expedite the process of establishing Pi as an independent currency. In 2024, the growth rate of the high-tech manufacturing industry in China has reached 8.9%. China’s manufacturing sector accounts for 28% of the global manufacturing industry, with nearly 60% of China’s export products being high value-added mechanical and electrical products. These figures highlight China’s critical role in the global economy, as it has been the top manufacturing country for 15 consecutive years. Therefore, the Pi Network's international trade efforts will require participation from China, and the China Industry Alliance will play a vital role in facilitating business-to-business Pi payments. Mr. Jian Ping Zhen serves as the Chairman of the China Industry Alliance, while Mr. Hong Zhi Wu serves as the Vice Chairman. I thank them for their hard work and extraordinary contributions in establishing the China GCV Industry Alliance, which is now fully operational. Big Congratulations on the official launch of the China GCV CT after two months of reorganization! We now have 11 members in the China GCV CT led by Global GCV Ambassador Mr. Daniel Chen 👏👏👏 Following the Open Network on February 20th of this year, some former Chinese CT members lost their way due to misleading information, insufficient study, and complacency. My today's speech on China "the three province of Jiming" conference to motivate Chinese pioneers to attend Oct. 13th, big Conference. 🔥🔥🔥 Dear GCV Ambassadors and Pioneers of the Three Provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan in China, I am currently in Toronto, Canada greeting all of you. I am very pleased to see a total of 14 GCV Ambassadors from the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan at national, provincial, and municipal levels gathered at the scenic spot of the three provinces of Jiming . This location holds historical significance as it was a milestone place after the Red Army's Long March and marks a new starting point on the Long March route. Today, GCV Ambassadors and Pioneers from Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan Provinces are here to help promote Oct. 13th, Chininese Community Open Mainnet Ecological Conference, which is a historic turning point for the Pi Network community in China. I believe that this conference is also a new starting point for China community to lead the global community. TOPIC #118: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO GCV AMBASSADORS AND SPECIAL ENVOYS Conclusion of the Pioneer’s Handbook ( updater version) 2025 marks an extraordinary and historic moment in our shared journey for Pi Network and Global GCV Movement. They finally "married " together. From this moment forward, we officially enter a new chapter that I proudly name: The GCV Economy Era With this milestone, the Pioneer’s Handbook reaches its conclusion. This is my 118th article. In Chinese culture, 118 symbolizes prosperity and good fortune—a perfect symbol for closing one historic chapter and opening another. These final words are dedicated to all pioneers, merchants, ambassadors, envoys, and warriors whose unity, discipline, and perseverance made the GCV dream a reality. --- 1. The Origin of GCV — A Seed Planted in China The GCV Movement began in China, nurtured by pioneers with vision, courage, and deep study. In February 2022, Mr. Rong Zhang Bao launched the Pi Network International Seminar, calling pioneers to study Pi deeply, understand its mission, and define its economic value. After months of collective research and surveys, Chinese pioneers established the foundational consensus value: $314,159. In May 2022, Mr. Bao Rong Zhang and I, together with Nigerian pioneer Mr. Woody, launched three international Twitter Space conferences. Mr. Woody's influence helped introduce GCV to tens of thousands of pioneers worldwide, marking the true beginning of GCV's international journey. I would like to acknowledge Mr. Rong Zhang Bao, former community leader in China, as the founder of GCV, Mr. Woody Lightyear, former community leader in Nigeria, as a key supporter of GCV at early stage Their contributions during the early stages of GCV in 2022 were essential. The early path, however, was not easy. GCV faced misunderstandings, attacks, misinformation, and division. My speeches were removed from groups. Leaders became confused or misled. Some pioneers, lacking education, turned toward black markets. At that point, I made a deliberate decision: I stepped back from global expansion and devoted one full year exclusively to the China community. During that year, Chinese merchants contributed nearly USD 10 million worth of products through GCV barter. However, because pioneers had no Pi available in their wallets, many transactions relied on contracts without Pi or fiat settlement. This created no usable GCV data, and eventually many merchants—unable to sustain operations—left the movement. From this experience, one truth became clear: > Sustainability is essential. Passion alone is not enough. We must be rational, prepared, and educated. To succeed, we must: Use partial Pi + partial fiat Build education before expansion Protect merchants as carefully as pioneers If pioneers only demand from merchants, the economy cannot survive. If merchants collapse, GCV collapses. This realization is why I began writing the Pioneer’s Handbook—to align pioneers and merchants under one sustainable economic vision. --- 2. Expanding Beyond Borders — The Global Rise of GCV By 2023, it became clear that China alone could not generate sufficient global GCV data. GCV had to rise worldwide. One by one, visionary leaders emerged: Ms. Lumari Ms. Nonny Mr. JoJo Mr. M. Rad Mr. Olivier Mr. Iyanda Mr. Patrick Mr. Jason …and many others. Strong movements followed across the Philippines, Indonesia, Africa, the Arab Region, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, South Korea, and throughout Africa and the Middle East. Many pioneers who doubted GCV did so not out of malice—but from lack of study or misunderstanding of economic authority. Let it be clear: PCT manages technology Pioneers manage the economy GCV is our responsibility and our consensus authority Those who studied deeply developed 100% trust and confidence. --- 3. Deep Gratitude to the International GCV Leadership Although it is impossible to name everyone, the following leaders played defining roles in shaping global GCV success. TOPIC #118: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO GCV AMBASSADORS AND SPECIAL ENVOYS Conclusion of the Pioneer’s Handbook ( updater version) 2025 marks an extraordinary and historic moment in our shared journey for Pi Network and Global GCV Movement. They finally "married " together. From this moment forward, we officially enter a new chapter that I proudly name: The GCV Economy Era With this milestone, the Pioneer’s Handbook reaches its conclusion. This is my 118th article. In Chinese culture, 118 symbolizes prosperity and good fortune—a perfect symbol for closing one historic chapter and opening another. These final words are dedicated to all pioneers, merchants, ambassadors, envoys, and warriors whose unity, discipline, and perseverance made the GCV dream a reality. --- 1. The Origin of GCV — A Seed Planted in China The GCV Movement began in China, nurtured by pioneers with vision, courage, and deep study. In February 2022, Mr. Rong Zhang Bao launched the Pi Network International Seminar, calling pioneers to study Pi deeply, understand its mission, and define its economic value. After months of collective research and surveys, Chinese pioneers established the foundational consensus value: $314,159. In May 2022, Mr. Bao Rong Zhang and I, together with Nigerian pioneer Mr. Woody, launched three international Twitter Space conferences. Mr. Woody's influence helped introduce GCV to tens of thousands of pioneers worldwide, marking the true beginning of GCV's international journey. I would like to acknowledge Mr. Rong Zhang Bao, former community leader in China, as the founder of GCV, Mr. Woody Lightyear, former community leader in Nigeria, as a key supporter of GCV at early stage Their contributions during the early stages of GCV in 2022 were essential. The early path, however, was not easy. GCV faced misunderstandings, attacks, misinformation, and division. My speeches were removed from groups. Leaders became confused or misled. Some pioneers, lacking education, turned toward black markets. At that point, I made a deliberate decision: I stepped back from global expansion and devoted one full year exclusively to the China community. During that year, Chinese merchants contributed nearly USD 10 million worth of products through GCV barter. However, because pioneers had no Pi available in their wallets, many transactions relied on contracts without Pi or fiat settlement. This created no usable GCV data, and eventually many merchants—unable to sustain operations—left the movement. From this experience, one truth became clear: > Sustainability is essential. Passion alone is not enough. We must be rational, prepared, and educated. To succeed, we must: Use partial Pi + partial fiat Build education before expansion Protect merchants as carefully as pioneers If pioneers only demand from merchants, the economy cannot survive. If merchants collapse, GCV collapses. This realization is why I began writing the Pioneer’s Handbook—to align pioneers and merchants under one sustainable economic vision. --- 2. Expanding Beyond Borders — The Global Rise of GCV By 2023, it became clear that China alone could not generate sufficient global GCV data. GCV had to rise worldwide. One by one, visionary leaders emerged: Ms. Lumari Ms. Nonny Mr. JoJo Mr. M. Rad Mr. Olivier Mr. Iyanda Mr. Patrick Mr. Jason …and many others. Strong movements followed across the Philippines, Indonesia, Africa, the Arab Region, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, South Korea, and throughout Africa and the Middle East. Many pioneers who doubted GCV did so not out of malice—but from lack of study or misunderstanding of economic authority. Let it be clear: PCT manages technology Pioneers manage the economy GCV is our responsibility and our consensus authority Those who studied deeply developed 100% trust and confidence. --- 3. Deep Gratitude to the International GCV Leadership Although it is impossible to name everyone, the following leaders played defining roles in shaping global GCV success. Dear Global Pioneers, I am pleased and honored to introduce the "Greater China Pi Network GCV Ecological Development Pi Circulation Promotion Exchange Conference," scheduled to take place on Tencent on 10/13/2024 from 8:00 pm China Beijing Time, with an estimated duration of 2.5 hours.🎉🎉🎉🎉 I am grateful for the opportunity to participate as a guest speaker. The conference will also feature speeches from esteemed Global GCV Ambassadors, including Mr. Liang Shi, Head of China GCV Ambassador, Mr. Patrick Chua, Head of Malaysia GCV Ambassador, and Mr. Jason Wong, Global GCV CT Education Director. The event will be directed by Mr. Daniel Chen, China GCV Ambassador who also serves as the Global GCV CT Ecosystem Development Director. The conference will include 14 speakers. There are five China GCV Ambassadors and nine province GCV Ambassadors from Beijing, Henan, Guangdong, Hunan, Shanxi, Sichuan, Jiangsu, and Heilongjiang. The event will be hosted by Ms. Su Ping. The China community has been the cornerstone of GCV who provide significant support from June 2022 to August 2023. Despite challenges related to cash flow and Pi wallets, they still insist for more than one year with 100 million USD value products. I transitioned my focus from China to the Global community in Aug. 2023 to ensure all GCV transactions can be record on Blockchain because most Chinese pioneers did not have Pi in their wallets to produce GCV data. I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional contributions of the Chinese community, whose support was instrumental in propelling the global GCV movement. Your inspiration and motivation have been invaluable. I am deeply honored and grateful to be taking part in the upcoming nationwide conference. Due to the large China community and the capacity limitations of Tencent conference rooms, one hundred volunteers have been recruited to live broadcast the event, with the aim of reaching a broader audience of pioneers. It's important to clarify that this doesn't involve 100 TV channels, but rather 100 individual volunteer pioneers. These volunteers will be streaming the live conference to enable more pioneers to listen in, as Tencent's conference room has limitations, while there are 20 million Chinese pioneers, with an expected audience of at least 50,000 to 100,000 on line. I've noticed some confusion about this, which I believe may be due to a translation error. Let's look forward to the upcoming China Tencent Conference with great anticipation! It is with great enthusiasm that I announce the Malaysia GCV Community’s upcoming Grand Barter Carnival Dinner, which will feature 120 tables and accommodate 1,000 pioneers will be held on February 23rd. 2025. This special event is dedicated to celebrating the imminent Pi Network OM.👏👏👏 I believe this big event presents an excellent opportunity for communities across various regions and countries to plan their own unique welcoming OM celebrations. Following her leadership, recognition is also extended to Mr. Banjong Wongnarong , Education GCV Ambassador, whose contributions in the field of education have supported capacity building, knowledge development, and the strengthening of community learning within the GCV ecosystem.
