🇺🇸🇮🇷 That’s the mood of the hardliners in Iran now … they can’t see themselves agreeing to give up the uranium while US bases are still in the Middle East. But the U.S. will also never just move the military out of the Gulf; it’s needed as forward bases toward Asia and to project power in the region. That’s a no-go issue for both, to some extent … but technically the U.S. can accept Iran owning enriched uranium with frequent inspections. So, unless the war is fought out to the end … no deal on this I’d say.

🇮🇷☢️Iran ruled out U.S. demand to end uranium enrichment: Iran rejected U.S. demands to completely halt uranium enrichment on its soil during indirect talks in Oman. While maintaining that enrichment is a "non-negotiable right," Tehran signaled limited flexibility through a regional diplomat. Tehran suggested exploring a regional consortium as an alternative framework to manage enrichment, which could involve other Mideast countries. I don't think the current regime in Iran understands the situation. Or it could be that Iran realizes that it doesn't matter what the negotiations end up with. War will come regardless. I am convinced that war will come to Iran, however, I am unsure of the time frame. There are those who believe that Ramadan, which starts on February 18, could postpone the conflict. I'm not sure it matters. The 1991 Gulf War was during Ramadan. There are also those who believe that the Olympic Games will postpone an upcoming conflict. I have previously tried to guess when a conflict will start. It is impossible! However, I am certain that a regional war will begin in the Middle East in the near future. Soon...... Stay safe!
