According to Solomon, right after Comey announced that he was not going to prosecute Hillary Clinton for her private email scandal, his own FBI (previously reported by Solomon as Comey’s Chief of Staff James Rybicki) was using private emails for an unauthorized leak to the media. These two clips, minutes apart in the same 2018 interview, really show what a loathsome human being James Comey is. Comey starts by claiming that it's a dangerous time in America because leaders (he meant Trump) are not tethered to the truth. Notice also how Comey says he chooses his words very carefully. (Just like he did with his threat against the President.) Reporter: This indictment charged against James Comey was never actually presented to the full grand jury. The original indictment that Lindsey Halligan presented was 3 counts. That grand jury felt that there was not enough evidence to charge Comey on one of the counts. Halligan reprinted a new version of the indictment, and instead of re-presenting it to the full grand jury, she just had the foreperson sign it. This is a major procedural mishap because the indictment against him could be seen as invalidated.

After 1.5 years of no successful Russiagate prosecutions by the DoJ, perhaps he will be able to push through accountability, justice and transparency. This the last chance. Nunes in 2025: “It's a conspiracy, it goes back 10 years, everyone would be caught up in this. What do we know at the highest level now? You've seen recently with the the prosecution of Comey that's occurring in Virginia, that new documents arose that now we have clear evidence, direct evidence, that Comey knew that this was a cover-up for the Clinton email scandal. So if you go back to 2016, the Clinton campaign, the DNC, they're all worried about the emails coming out because they know if the emails come out that Trump is going to easily cruise to election in 2016. What happened at that time is Comey wanted to keep his job. We now know that through information that's been disclosed.
