You have given me an opportunity to speak about the democratic principles of this country. Parliament means the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. As per our Constitution, we have two chambers: one is the Lok Sabha and the other is the Rajya Sabha. But the Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha is not allowed to speak, even when he wants to speak in the national interest. The excuse was that I said something about Amit Shah. I said that Amit Shah was responsible for the brutality carried out against students. ⦿ I was also given an assurance that if I apologise, I would be allowed to continue speaking. The first thing is that I will never, ever apologise to the BJP, the RSS, or anyone associated with them.
