I kind of respect it, he’s a cheesemonger first and foremost. He didn’t trust his intentions and could tell by the way he held it that he was no fromager, his intentions were not pure.

It’s prolly 2k for him as the owner but he break it down like a brick and nickel and dime it , prolly make like 3 4k off of each cheese brick

A wheel of parmesan cheese cost over $2,000. A single wheel takes at least one year to age, 131 gallons of milk to make, and it can only be made in a restricted area in northern Italy, in the region of Emilia Romagna. Cheesemonger clearly didn’t want it wasted for TikTok

Have you seen the chefs table episode that features Chef Massimo Bottura in Modena Italy? it’s the best episode they ever did! @FoodforSoul_it

- Owner just standing watching the line - Owner and main character perfectly framed in video before interaction starts - Camera keeps owner framed, before he says anything, even though subject is moving out of frame Seems legit!

As many videos I see of people wasting massive quantities of food for content I don’t blame him for stopping him. Clearly the guy was up to no good since he already had a camera recording across the room.
