Court declines to take cognisance of ED chargesheet & money-laundering FIR in National Herald Case! Big relief to Ghandys? GHANTA😂 GHANDYS STAY SCREWED & THEY HAVEN'T EVEN REALISED IT. Decoding Court Verdict👇 Today’s order is no setback for ED or any relief for Ghandys as its only a technicality pointed out by Court. Court said 'ED CAN'T FILE FIR IN A CASE WHICH IS FILED BY A PRIVATE PERSON" That means, if the case was filed by CBI or Any other Investigative Agency, ED has the right to conduct investigation in money laundering charges based on that AGENCY'S probe forwarded to ED. 👉As of now, ED had filed chargesheet & FIR in case filed by a private person (SuSu Swamy) & therefore, Court has refused to take cognizance of it. 🔥In fact, Judge Gogne has set aside the Magistrate order which had directed Delhi Police to supply the FIR copy to Ghandys and others named as accused. This's actually a BIG SETBACK for Ghandys. WHAT NEXT? On 3rd Oct 2025, DELHI POLICE EOW HAS ALREADY FILED A FIR AGAINST GHANDYS AND NOW ED CAN FILE FRESH FIR & CHARGESHEET IN PURSUANT TO THAT WHICH NO COURT IN THE WORLD CAN DENY ON BASIS OF TECHNICALITY. 👉Didn't ED know this? It did but still it went ahead with technical mistake just to buy time because if SuSu Swamy would have withdrawn his Private Complaint (in bargain for a RS Seat), the entire case would have collapsed. So in the meantime, Delhi EOW has completed all formalities & now ED will join probe officially on EOW's request to go ahead with fresh FIR. It doesn't make any difference now even if SuSu withdraws his case. Ghandys just got badly trapped, but they haven't even realised it & Piddis are dancing claiming Victory.
