Unigraphs is a collection of 555 generative artworks inscribed on palindrome sats on BTC blockchain. After @abstraordinals one of the things on my mind was what gen art i can create that is only possible on BTC blockchain utilizing it's features... 2/16

Ordinals are unique in a way that files are inscribed on sats (think of them as “cents” that make up a Bitcoin). Each sat have an ID (number) and text name (see below some cool sats). Since each sat is unique, an idea came to me to ensure randomness and... 3/16

create a generative artwork using sat number. I thought this was cool because it's what I was looking for - the way of creating gen art that is only possible on BTC. To me this is a big deal because art evolves with possible mediums (think how camera/computer changed art) 4/16

So what exactly did we do and who are we? With my initial idea I went to @tansanDOTeth - a talented web dev and creative coder + @spacem404 - a web3 pm and my husband. As a result of our cooperation an idea of using bijection function. It's a scary word but very simple.. 5/16

In our case it means that a unique number from 0 to 9 is assigned a shape that always corresponds to it. Given that each sat has a numerical ID that is unique, each combination of assigned shapes that correspond them will be unique as well. Simple and elegant idea... 6/16

This is how sat 181676898676181 became an artwork. Variety is ensured by having 10 color palettes and 24 shape sets inspired by de stijl, computer art, folk/tribal art glyphs and patterns, cryptography and abstract modern art. 7/16

It's also fascinating that cooler sats produce cooler more simple artworks. For example, sat 878678666876878 has only 3 unique digits (3d pali). Here's how it translated into an artwork. 8/16

There are some other sat based traits like sat length (we have sats with 13, 14, 15 and 16 digits) You can check all traits and the collection on @MEonBTC here We also obsessed over optimization of the file size and loading speed...🔽 9/16

We blended 2 techniques: pre-gen and building the art at runtime. Each art was randomly assigned shapes for its sat during the pre-gen, then after its inscribed + loaded into the browser, we use recursive inscriptions and JS to build the art piece. Result: 3-4KB avg 10/16

Some artworks have animation trait. It was done to use another feature of BTC blockchain - halvings. On the attached video animation is looped but the actual files have 60 sec delay. In 2140 the delay will be 1 sec (yea, we will be dead by then). Display it digitally 11/16

So here we are, the collection is inscribed and ready to end up in collector's hands. 100 Unigraphs will be given for free to @abstraordinals holders. 400 will be sold for 0.02 BTC each. 55 will be reserved for the team and partners. 12/16

How to get 1? There will be a WL phase. I will chose 10 people who retweet this and reply with their opinion on Unigraphs. More WLs will be given in our discord and through our friends in the Ordinals space. 13/16

When sale? Sometime in December. Follow me for updates on the exact date. What's next? I'm all about giving back value to holders of my art because they are people who supported me most. It means a lot to me. I also think Ordinals space has a huge potential... 14/16

and I want to build a community of likeminded people that are also interested in building on BTC, collecting art, stacking BTC and rare sats etc. This is why I will create a pfp collection that holders of my art will also get for free. I'm not good at hyping up and.. 15/16

creating a cult, emotional attachment to the community and pfps. But this is very necessary to build a community so I will be looking for people that do this with me - genuinely passionate ppl who will be most rewarded when the pfp time comes. Now, back to work. Job's not done
