Big time flooding in Manhattan, KS

Here’s my area 0.4 miles from Sunset Zoo around 6:38pm (yes I was away from windows, I had my phone zoomed in)

This is normal for this much rain, that part of town is very close to the same height as the Kansas River, between that and an old storm water system this happens every time there's a heavy rain.

This is far from “Big time flooding”. You can still see the curb on the other side of the street! Come on now
