In an interview with Reuters, Fedorov argued that Ukraine still has “every chance” to win, but urgently needs a coherent strategy for ending the war. He blamed the lack of a unified strategic vision, insufficient innovation, entrenched corruption and patronage networks, as well as inadequate political independence of state institutions, for holding Ukraine back.
