A big blunder of Delhi CM Rekha Gupta. Rekha Gupta inaugurated an already inaugurated Chaupal in Delhi. When one of the locals proved it by removing the plaque and that it was already inaugurated in 2007 he was arrested on the grounds of damaging the public property.
