That SEC headline dropped and spot immediately got sold down 2.5% over the last 8 hours. Taker buys are sitting at 33% this hour. Doesn't look like anyone is rushing to chase that breakout just yet.

$XRP: “Massively bullish” is premature. It’s at $1.49, down 1.58% today, so the price hasn’t confirmed that claim. Without the guidance’s details, I’d keep my funds in cash rather than make an immediate crypto buy. The legal change matters only if it brings lasting demand. NFA
