Most impressive and memorable Songkran 💦 🧸: can you believe that I used to play Songkran in Silom (a well-known street in Bangkok for playing Songkran) for two years? But my dad was there too, I wasn’t there by myself. I was there with my friends from school, and the parents were all behind us. My dad would shoot (water gun) people who’d shoot me. 🦋: dad is protective 🧸: yes! I’ve never had anyone dabbed powder on my face. I don’t allow it to be touched as I’m very protective of my face. I’m mainly focused on spraying the water. This year I’m not sure where I’d be playing or if I’ll play, but let’s wait and see because I might pop up somewhere to play or I might just be sleeping at home. ……………………………………………………………………….. 🦋: on the back of a pickup truck in/around Chiang Mai moat (famous for playing Songkran in Chiang Mai) and got to have ice as well (in the water). Went all out! I used to be a real fan of Songkran, but since I’ve grown up, I’m like…there are very few days of sleep for me, so I feel like on days off I‘ll just sleep. 🎤: spend time with your family 🦋: yes, I tell my mum and dad to stay at home and sleep. ‘Let’s sleep at home. Look at how American children live! I filmed this on my way home from New York City after attending the World Falun Dafa Day parade a few days ago. I happened to get stuck behind a school bus, which kept stopping and delayed me quite a bit — but it also gave me a chance to closely observe the happy lives of these children. As you can see, the school bus drops each child off right at their home. Sometimes two houses are only five or ten meters apart, yet the bus still stops separately for each family. It doesn’t try to save time by dropping the children somewhere in between and making them walk home on their own. Around the 10-second mark in the video, you can see a small child get off the bus and cross the street to go home. That’s why in the United States, whenever a school bus stops, not only must all the cars behind it stop, but even the cars coming from the opposite direction must stop as well — all to ensure children can cross the road safely. I filmed both of these clips from inside my car. I was quite amazed that day, but I hadn’t had time to share them until now. Today I finally wanted to show everyone. This is what a society built for people looks like! And compare American children's lives with those of Chinese children! A follower of my Chinese language account 曾錚 says that a lot of Chinese middle and high-school students are just like prisoners, and their parents are only allowed to visit them at school once a month!

Why is my daughter in a public school in El Salvador? I'm a night nanny and no cry it out sleep coach. I give new parents the gift of sleep. The first thing I noticed is that the baby isn't swaddled. Swaddling is so important because babies have startle reflexes - involuntary movement of their muscles. They want to feel secure the way they did inside of the womb. A proper swaddle recreates that feeling. Swaddling is like a hug. If you are somebody who knows you cannot function well on less than 4 hours of sleep per night or broken up sleep or you have/ are prone to depression and anxiety, I highly recommend saving money to put towards hiring postpartum overnight support. It's life changing. In 13 years, I've helped over 200 babies and their parents.

This will be a long read, but I truly hope it inspires someone. I only wish I had kept more memories honestly… Today marks one year since I moved into my own home after squatting with a family friend for two years. That period remains one of the greatest favors I have ever received in my life. They didn’t take me in as a stranger they welcomed me as a daughter, treated me as one, and even now, here in Abuja, they are my family. Today, I live in a solid two-bedroom flat in Abuja, fully furnished to my taste. I’m living a life I once only prayed for, eating well, living well all courtesy of design and Web3. This same skill once earned me ₦2,000… ₦5,000. I can never forget messaging almost every contact on my WhatsApp, begging them to let me design for free. I went from business to business around my school area, offering free designs. I even designed my school handbook for free just to put myself out there. With this same skill, I met people I once admired from afar. I was willing to design for free just to earn a tag, a shout-out, and the visibility I desperately needed. There were times I slept in school just to use the school Wi-Fi to watch YouTube tutorials, especially from Mez Graphics. Sleeping in school became a lifestyle and it came at a cost. My health suffered deeply. I went through serious health crises because I couldn’t afford medication. Home was tough. Really tough. While others slept like humans, for four years in school I averaged two hours of sleep daily, juggling academics and survival. My health paid the price. I developed growths in both eyes that now require surgery, and my eyesight deteriorated so badly that I can’t function without my glasses. Yet today, this same skill has elevated my family. From living in a single room with five kids in a rented apartment, to my mum bring a landlord. A woman who used to fall sick frequently now lives healthier, eats whatever she wants, and glows differently. Poverty truly stinks but grace changed our story. The store she owns today? Courtesy of this skill and Web3. Every property I own my store, my home, everything came through design and Web3. This same skill funds my lifestyle. This same skill, backed by God, has elevated me beyond words. I could go on and on… This is me telling someone inspiring someone not to give up on that skill you have, no matter what it is, especially as a creative. I slept on YouTube for years because I couldn’t afford to pay for a single course. I used that knowledge to design for free sometimes for one, two, even three years just to build visibility. Today, I invest as much as ₦2 million yearly into learning., i invest heavily ngl If all you can afford right now is YouTube, be diligent with it. Mez Graphics and Caesar played huge roles in my journey, and I truly hope they see this. I am 100% grateful to them. In a nutshell: don’t give up on your skill. Keep refining it. Keep studying. The woman said they pay the full school lunch fee, but because of pork the children do not eat and go hungry. If separate food can be made for children with allergies, then why not for us Muslims? It is a good thing the city council did not approve it. First of all, allergy and religion are not the same. Allergy is a physical illness. If the child eats it, it can harm the body, so the school makes a separate arrangement. If every newcomer starts imposing their religious rules on schools, hospitals, and offices, Japan’s own identity will slowly disappear.

Arrived on another cruise ship last night to deliver my talk this week. I know they look fun but i honestly dread these work gigs. I hate being away from home and my routine. What’s made this worse was I didn’t get ANY sleep last night as my room appears to be next to the thrusters. (Sound on for my videos)I had noise cancelling headfones in but even they couldn’t drown out the noise. Zero sleep, one complaint later…apparently I can’t change rooms…went for lunch….same shaking noise…oh well at least it’s sunny…or B… I’m not looking for a ‘poor me’ sympathy response…but genuinely I feel like I’m over sensitive to noise these days, especially when trying to sleep. Not sure if others who have come through PTSD feel the same??? But it really unhinges me and very quickly. I can’t seem to find a ‘safe’ space on this ship..a moment of calm for my brain. 😔😩

Young Nigerians are on fire! Leave everything & listen to our Gen Z speak. I’m so proud of them! Why should anyone pay over ₦600K for a substandard education in a public university? NELFUND is a Ponzi Scheme. The APC almost got away with it. They removed the subsidy in Education, & ‘public’ school fees skyrocketed! To make matters worse, you told them to borrow from you before they could go to school. How much did you pay to attend a public school? Which school did you attend? Their struggling parents can barely afford food & rent. Where do you expect them to fetch the 600K from? From the poverty you created? We have to speak for these young minds. We should never make the mistake of abandoning them. Education is a RIGHT, not a privilege! Over ₦600K in a “public” university without functional laboratories, electricity, R&D, & a conducive environment for higher learning, is no education, but punishment! You are denying our children their right to a guaranteed future. Education was under attack in eleven years. They want to keep you poor & uneducated. Asiwaju is an octogenarian. He is not part of Nigeria’s future debates. His Generation are already on their way out. We Millennials ‘may’ have failed. But the APC cannot withstand the Generation Zoomers. The ATG School One-Pager I’m not trying to reinvent schooling. There are just a handful of things I believe in which I haven’t seen in any school I’ve been around as a student or parent. Policy #1: Each student gets to be responsible for growing some of their own food, no matter how small, and THROUGHOUT schooling (not just a quickie project here or there). Policy #2: Minimum 1:1 ratio of time NOT SITTING IN THE CLASSROOM. What you do with this is up to you. There are so many real world skills, sports, gardening, music, etc. The strict ratio in the school day is the key for me. Common sense and personal interests can take it from there. Policy #3: Daily time to read whatever you want to read about. The biggest barrier for my reading was INTEREST. Be there to ensure the book is at their level, and to help them if they don’t understand something. Other than that, LET THEM ENJOY READING, ALL THE WAY THROUGH SCHOOL, not just in early years. Policy #4: (This is the most unusual yet the biggest reason I’m in education.) High school is a 50/50 bridge to winning in real life. Mornings are for actual work, making and SAVING UP MONEY. Afternoons are for learning finances and professional skills of YOUR INTEREST. With average work, you’ll finish school with $50,000-$100,000 in the bank, more skills than the norm, and a greater chance of creating your life and work from there on out, rather than conforming to make a paycheck. Policy #5: As part of the high school 50/50 system, ensure each student learns the adult financial red tape in your state/country before you’ve got bills, kids, etc.

I work in Nana Plaza, In a GoGo called Lollipop. It comes with a large Thai family Staff, servers, bartenders, and cashiers. Then there are the PR ladies and of course the lovely dancers. On a given night I’m responsible for them, somewhere between 40-60 employees. I watch out for them, Make sure they are safe Encouraging them every night On slow nights, I tell them tomorrow will be better, they humor me and say yes boss. On crazy busy nights after the chaos is over, I thank them as they go home, tell them sleep and rest well, with a “Good Job” for each one. Not sure they know what that means, I sure hope they do ❤️ We are a tight family. I love them all.❤️ We are Lollipop.
