Yet shockingly, a man is seen harassing young schoolgirls who were there on an official school tour reportedly sponsored by the Chief Minister. If our daughters are not safe inside Nalanda’s historic ruins, then where in Bihar are they safe? Bihar is the only state where the growth rate was negative between 1991 and 2005, in other words, the capital was being eaten up by the then ruling party says renowned economist Shamika Ravi. Tejashwi Yadav Lalu Prasad Yadav will you guys ever apologize for the misery that you brought upon Bihar. She also said that Bihar started growing after 2005 while I agree, I do also believe that current CM is not doing enough and growth has been less than expected in the last 10 years. Given our low base, we have to have double the growth rate which is not happening. Nitish Kumar will you ever step out of your comfort zone and make an effort to meet business tycoons.

What you are watching in this Drainage construction video from Bettiah Municipal Corporation is nothing less than blatant misuse of public funds. As per standard procedure, the base must be properly cleaned, followed by brick soling, then layers of soil and sand only after that should concreting be done. But here, the work is being carried out directly with pouring, in broad daylight, ignoring every basic guideline. This is not negligence this is organized corruption. In our Urban Development and Municipal Affairs departments, we have taken the principle decision that parking on both sides of the road, which has continued illegally for 15 years, will now be regulated. Parking will be allowed only on the designated side of the road, while parking on the other side will not be permitted. Secondly, parking fees are being collected illegally in parking lots, and taxes from these collections are not being paid to the government. These illegal collections must be stopped immediately so that the entire tax amount goes to the government. Also, the helpline number was not only a women’s helpline number; it was a child helpline number. The same number should now be integrated as a women’s helpline number as well. If anyone faces any problem, both the women’s helpline and child helpline numbers should remain active. In both the Women and Child department and the Urban Development and Municipal Affairs department, a call centre should be set up so that the public can call these two departments and share their issues and grievances. She adds, "Lastly, wherever there is pollution, we have seen over the last 15 years in Bengal, in Kolkata and Asansol, that garbage is lying everywhere and is not being cleaned. Now this responsibility is also being given to the public through geotagging.
