#BAMBAM: originally, #GOT7’s PYTHON was a song i made for my solo. but the members said, “let’s each share what we’ve made,” so in the gc (everyone sent their songs). at first, i thought, “ah, this (song) is so good, what should i do…” it was supposed to be the title track of my album. but since we were making a comeback after a long time, i thought this wasn’t the time to worry about my own stuff. if even i think it’s a good song, then sharing it with the group felt like showing proper respect to the team. so i just sent it right away.

fromis_9’s Hayoung and Nagyung give a spoiler about the July comeback Hayoung: For this comeback, I personally think it’s “fromis_9’s first unveiling?” it feels like us showing something new for the first time. Nagyung: It has a slightly sexy touch, when I first heard the demo of this song, I think it was more like huh? This song is really sexy in some way. Of course it’s a bright song, and really summery though there’s about one spoon of sexiness in the song, it felt like a burn. But once we started recording, it felt like that feeling had been watered down a bit Hayoung: Right, but I like it a bit better. When put in Korean (the demo was in English before) it felt like it became more refreshing.

#Soyeon Gonggam interview 🥹 i didn’t release a solo album for 5 years. i kept giving the excuse that i was too busy to pursue solo activities. but what i realised while making this album, was that i was afraid of releasing a solo album. because i felt like i would make an album that i’ll be disappointed in. even the people i make music with, said that they didn’t know what type of song i should do. so i decided that no matter what, i would make a song and resolve it myself. i intended to keep writing songs until i wrote one that made me emotional, so i really wrote many songs. if i didn’t have this title track, i don’t think i would release an album. but after i wrote and listened to it, i felt like i was tearing up. so i decided that it had to be this song, it can be released now. i think it is a song that comforts me. “soyeon, you can do whatever you want. anyway, we will all become grandmas. protect the romance and your happiness in this moment.” i think it is a song that conveys this.
