The biker then takes off even faster than before and drives into the oncoming traffic lane and attempts to pass another driver on the left while they were turning left. The other driver makes sure he’s okay but he doesn’t want the driver to call the cops. He’s pleasing and begging as he knows he’s going to be arrested. The other driver still doesn’t know the biker was evading the law, if someone hit your car like this wouldn’t you insist on calling the police anyways or let him go since he says he will pay for your damages?
