biker with 3 kids . old citizens have poor senses like hearing loss etc ...horn wont be useful to them ..

Looks like she is moving on the road like it is her living room.. she is not crossing the road nor she is walking back to this side.. no one can assume.. defensive driving is the only fair chance and it is not enough as well..

Gosh! There were young kids on that bike 😔 Hope all are safe. Pedestrians crossing without waiting for safe gap, conveniently looking the other side+bikers riding fast through busy areas = recipe for disaster.

Narrow roads. Crowds walk on either side. Pedestrians cross roads without a thought for rules. A "speeding twin-seat two wheeler with four on the pillion". God cannot save this nation.

There is a general fixation among drivers of 2-, 3-, and 4-wheelers. They want to overtake at any cost. He could have easily found a way to pass the lady from behind, letting her live and live himself.

Blind drivers

People are so dumb. They think highways are village roads. Did the lady look both ways before crossing? The biker could have applied sudden brakes. But even in that case, he will lose control.

While there is ample dehat present in Northern states, this kind of walking zombie women who look at the same direction as traffic are only found in the south. This was the first thing that shocked me when I stepped in Bengaluru. Not at all discounting the stupid biker here

Clearly fault of elder Person.. bike could have horn given warning.. it's short distance to stop the hit..

Bikers are generally murderers on the loose in our roads I'm sure they will be behind 55% of accidents and another 35% by three wheel demons autowallas
