Bill C-22 (Lawful Access) allows the government to build a system that makes it easier to access your telecom data, your phone, internet, and other digital activity, by requiring networks to be ready for that access. The problem is how that system is being built. It is being shaped by government ministers, behind closed doors, and without full parliamentary scrutiny. Let’s be clear: Bill C-9, The Combatting Hate Act, is the anti-hate legislation that communities and law enforcement across Canada are asking for. Our government remains willing to work across the aisle to look for constructive improvements to this Bill. What we will not accept are endless delays and Conservative tactics designed to dodge a vote on this bill. I made a promise to my constituents to stand up for them and pass laws to fight back against hate immediately. Canadians want action- it’s time for Conservative members to get on board.

It is a fundamental policy shift, and Canadians deserve clarity, transparency, and full parliamentary accountability when changes of this magnitude are made.

Canadians should never fear persecution for sincerely held beliefs. This is why I have fought Bill C-9 from the beginning. While the Liberals claim it provides protection, people of faith across Canada are reaching out by the thousands with deep concern about how this bill will impact their ability to practice their faith freely. The government is elected by the people, and it's time that they listen to the people who will be impacted by this legislation, instead they have taken every action to limit debate. As we approach the stage of the final vote, I will not support Bill C-9, because freedom is foundational to our democracy.

🇨🇦👁‍🗨📱💻 : The RCMP have no idea how many Canadians will be under government surveillance, once Bill C-22 passes. In the name of safety, people are being asked to surrender privacy. We are watching the chaos in Ireland over what their WEF government did. It's also what the Canadian WEF government is doing. The WEF is turning once safe communities into war zones, by importing violent criminals, who get special treatment, under the law. Then the WEF uses the extreme violence and chaos as the excuse to weaponize taxpayer resources and funds, against the general population. Our government is willing to spend massive resources to spy on as many Canadians as it can, without people being informed about how that data is being weaponized against them. My guess is, eventually the government will spy on everyone in Canada and store the data for time eternal, in data centers. Bill C-8 raises many concerns that security will come at the expense of liberty. Security and protecting our digital infrastructure is important but the Canadian Charter rights must be respected. Today Conservatives introduced Bill C-270, the Stand on Guard Act, to protect Canadians who defend their homes and families. Since 2015, violent crime is up 55%, gun crime is up 130%, and extortion is up 330% across Canada. Our legislation will clarify the law so victims who defend themselves against intruders are not treated like criminals. Canadians deserve to feel safe in their own homes. We are calling on all parties to support Bill C-270 to ensure the law stands with victims, not criminals.

Canadians are a capable and self-sufficient people. We do NOT need migrants to save us! Canadians can do all the jobs that Pierre is claiming must be filled by migrants, and I find it offensive that he is claiming that we, as Canadians, NEED anyone. Mass migration has made it harder for Canadians to find work. It has made housing more expensive. And, overall, it has made the quality of life in Canada worse. No thanks Pierre, Canadians can fend for themselves.
