For example, the Americas were once thought to be the ‘New World,’ yet evidence suggests ancient transcontinental travel was more common than previously believed. The question isn’t about rewriting names but rethinking possibilities. Just as science has evolved through questioning, perhaps history holds untold connections waiting to be uncovered. The real discovery lies in asking the uncomfortable questions no one else is asking. Could we be missing something?

It’s hard to believe this place is already 30 years old. The light on top is an eyesore that serves to wash out the stars in the sky. It never actually gets dark in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, ugly building is postmodern joke—like the New York New York, the Paris, and all of Lake Las Vegas, etc. The odds of imploding it are probably null.
