Salt is not our enemy, too much sugar/carbs are...salt is a very needed substance, don't fall for the lies about salt.

I watched a video over the weekend (Dr. Drew?) said salt is one of the most important things to have in your diet. Our body is filled with salt water and needs to be replenished regularly. Big surprise it’s Bill Gates next “plan” to eliminate!

Firstly you should not be using regular table salt at all. Celtic, Remonds, Himalayan, just no table salt!
