Giving money away is stupid. If a millionaire or billionaire wants to do something good, create an organization that gets people off drugs, teach people skills to gain and retain employment, to manage money, or life skills. Throwing money at problems doesn’t solve problems.

Billionaires are not sitting on a billion dollars in cash. The total assets of the companies they own and run are valued as such. Millionaire entertainers wealth is a lot more disposable, they don’t have to reinvest profits to stay competitive in business
