It’s an extraordinary clip, when you think about it. Bill Maher is about as left as I care any American to be. Yet there he is, speaking the truth about communism versus capitalism. It’s extraordinary because (with the exception of John Fetterman) you don’t see anyone on the left (even/especially within our own government) talking like this. It’s a spark of something that has been missing within the Democrat party for 10 years. A Democrat, but speaking like an American - It’s just been a very long time since I actually witnessed that and I thought it worth commentary. Bill Maher is still a complete shithead who imo deserves to be dragged on social media every chance we get.
