Adam Schiff/Newsom/Bass have proven incapable of following thru on large scale projects. They are lawyers and politicians. Unions are corrupt and in bed with criminal politicians. So nothing gets done or it’s done at enormous costs and in an inefficient manner.

You’re asking the guy who is the problem, how to fix the problem.

My brother is friends with a large local builder here in Sacramento. He says before he breaks ground on a new home, the cost is $150K in fees and permits. How you gonna build an affordable house when you owe $150K before you break ground. That's how insane Cali is! @KevinKileyCA

Its not about how many homes we build.

It’s not just affording to “buy” a home. How do you keep it?? Insurance, property taxes, upkeep, etc. they’re forcing people out of their homes yet saying we need more housing?? They’ve thrown billions at the homeless problem, but who got that money?? Surely not the homeless! Schiff is a phony!

The problem persists at both federal and state levels. Politicians and their departments frequently add new regulations to support pet projects or donors. New regulations are regularly introduced, but there’s no mechanism to ensure the removal outdated or poorly executed ones. They accumulate yearly. In 2024, California passed about 1,000 new laws, each creating or expanding multiple regulations. However, there’s such little focus on removing regulations that neither Grok nor ChatGPT could find a source to quantify any number of regulation removed.

Bill Maher leaves his guest visibly dumbfounded after yanking him out of his liberal bubble. Patton Oswalt couldn’t believe what he was hearing: “I’m sorry, I don’t remember [the left doing] that.” That’s when Bill Maher told him why his blind spot was so massive: “Because it doesn’t get into the Blue Sky Bubble.” OSWALT: “I hate to admit this: this country is not as mature as it thinks it is. We elected Obama, and clearly the country freaked out. And we’re still living in that freakout. We are not as progressed and evolved and intelligent as we think we are because we keep freaking out about this stuff.” MAHER: “The left freak out, too. The left freaked out about a lot of bullshit too.” OSWALT: “What did they freak out about?” MAHER: “Gender, race, parenthood, schools, homelessness, crime, the border, education. We stopped being a scientific people.” OSWALT: “But the left certainly stayed scientific.” MAHER: “No, they didn’t.” OSWALT: “Why not?” MAHER: “Because they think gender bullshit that they went way too far with… What makes us a great country is that we respect minorities. We don’t think they’re lesser just because they’re lesser in numbers. That’s not what we started to teach, which was that every baby is — I don’t know — let’s not even put it on the birth certificate. That’s what they wanted.” OSWALT: “Were we teaching that? Yes. When were we teaching that? Teaching it. It was a law here in California, see.” MAHER: “Yes.” OSWALT: “When were we teaching that?” MAHER: “Teaching it — it was a law here in California.” OSWALT: “To teach what?” MAHER: “Don’t put sex on the birth certificate. ‘We’ll see.’ Now, we’ve passed that period now.” OSWALT: “I’m sorry, I don’t remember that.” MAHER: “Because it doesn’t get in the Blue Sky bubble.”

California Governor Candidate Chad Bianco “I am the antithesis to California state government because I am going to take a nuclear bomb into that building and ABSOLUTELY DESTROY EVERYTHING that they do to us behind closed doors” Vote Red California “President Trump in one year from 2025 when he took over till now, did absolutely nothing to harm California. What's harming California is 30 years of Democrat, one-party rule that have created an environment here that no one can live in anymore, and they've only been successful here in California because we vote ‘D,’ no matter what — It's just way too expensive to hear. It's almost the entire issue of affordability in California is because of regulation, excessive imposed by government. Every single regulation can be signed away with the governor's signature.” “If elected governor, what would you do to address the homeless crisis?” Chad Bianco “It is a drug and alcohol addiction problem. That, and a mental health problem. Every single bit of money that is going to these non-profits that say Homeless zero money, you're getting absolutely nothing. I can't tell you that we would end what we see in the homeless situation within a year, but I guarantee you we would never see it again after two years. We don't have the facilities, though. We don't. We treat the amount of people that we have on our streets. We have been conditioned to believe that buildings take 5 years to build. It takes 90 days or less to build a house, but in California it takes 3-5 years because the government won't allow it. The regulations that are destroying this state are going to be removed with me as the governor.”
