Billboard keeps snubbing Britney Spears! She should be at least top 5, based on the first years of the century alone!

2000 isn't part of the 21st century, so OIDIA isn't counted. 2001-2003 Britney was blacklisted from the radio so her singles didn't perform well. Britney is at a perfectly reasonable position, this is about chart performance and most of Britney's singles never charted well.

As for sales , she will be in top 3 ( first years was huge for pure sales ) . But there chart points . And she's not so good at this perspectivety .
