Don’t even get me started. I don’t think she realizes how much people dislike her over here. Or maybe she does and that’s we she brought in Duane on this. Disgusting how filthy rich they both are, asking for donations. Maybe if she just gave as much as she did to pay someone off to buy that public road going through her property to upcountry from Kihei that would even the score for her. Why is there so much hatred toward Oprah Winfrey for trying to help out int he aftermath of the Maui fires? Is this another case of the "I hate wealthy people" excuse? We see it with Elon Musk, we see it with Bill Gates, and we're seeing it with Oprah now. Yes, Oprah is worth over a billion dollars. No, $10 million doesn't put much of a dent into her net worth, but it's better than nothing. How much money have you donated to Maui?
