Millionaires will not be able to afford 1 BTC when less than 1 BTC is produced per block. For Billionaires, it can take a bit longer.

Your point is valid, but with 1 million dollars one can create yield with simple risk free T Bills. With 1 BTC you cannot. Therefore no cash flow. It’s like buying a beautiful Property that you cannot Airbnb or Rent? At least at the property you can go Visit. BTC no real use
