Bin collections are changing 🗑️ From spring 2027, the rest of West Northamptonshire will be joining the Daventry area on three-weekly general waste collections. Weekly food waste and fortnightly recycling will continue, and collections at flats and communal bins are unchanged.

Terrible decision. Disgrace. Family of four adults and a dog. Black bin fully after two weeks and stinks. Recycling bin always full and not big enough.

Flats and communal bins....ie HMOs, but your regular folk in their own homes have to get less service

Every 3 weeks. Hope they give us a bigger bin. We recycle what we can and have a full recycling and General waste so not sure how we will manage every 3 weeks.

Our general waste bin is FULL, every bin collection, and so is our recycling bin on every collection. So now what? Are you providing larger General waste bins or additional bins?
