Matt rebounding is an important exercise every cell it helps and is in The book Natural Cures 'they' dont want you to know about. I know people are wierd with the glasses But believe me a small one has benefits👍

Love your stuff. Jumping on the trampoline is great. Because you can isolate all the muscles from your neck, down your back to your heels and your kidneys particularly to get the blood going. The lymphatic system has more fluid than the circulatory system. And it has no pump. You are the pump. Keep pumping.

Hey Matt .. jumping on a rebounder allows for lymphatic drainage.. The little valves of the system don’t open until the descend. it’s extremely helpful for that . and non impactful on the joints . Love your work & your products!

I love your work dude, and really do get what you're saying here about "those" people. With that said, I have used a rebounder for 12 years as part of a fitness routine, plus I make sure to ground and get outside on a daily basis. Rebounding is excellent for the body Matt.

Rebounding and dropping post stacks your bones and shakes out your lymph and many other systems so they work better. Did you miss these aspects? Wayyyyyyyyyyy better for you then running. You post a lot of things you don't research. It's sad.

It's amazing what people believe, and what they will do. Jumping is good for the lymphatic system. You can just do jumping jacks instead. As for running that does more wear & tear on the hips & joints & micro tears on the heart. Sprinting is better & it removes visceral fats

Trampolines aren’t grounded. The jumping pad is made of synthetic fibers. Horrible.
