Sheriff Kevin McMahill provided an update Saturday regarding a search warrant involving a suspected biological laboratory inside a residence near Washington Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard. This is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public. On January 31, 2026, at approximately 5:51 a.m., LVMPD SWAT officers served a search warrant at a home on Sugar Springs Drive in northeast Las Vegas. The warrant was based on information indicating a biological laboratory may have been inside the residence. At the same time, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) conducted a search at a nearby home on Temple View Drive. No threat was found at that location. Inside the Sugar Springs Drive residence, investigators located evidence of possible biological material, including refrigerators containing vials with unknown liquids. LVMPD’s All-Hazard Regional Multi-agency Operations and Response (ARMOR) Section is working closely with the FBI, local fire departments, and other partners to ensure the safe recovery and mitigation of these items. This remains a complex, multi-agency investigation involving numerous specialized resources. The ongoing first responder presence in the area over the past several days is part of a slow, methodical process by design. These situations are handled with extreme caution to ensure the safety of both personnel and the community. FBI Special Agent in Charge Chris Delzotto emphasized the FBI’s role in supporting state and local partners through specialized laboratory, evidence response, scientific analysis, and technical hazards resources. One suspect has been taken into custody. Additional information will be released today at a news conference scheduled for 3:00 p.m.

#UPDATE Sheriff Kevin McMahill, alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Clark County Fire Department, provided a detailed update regarding the complex investigation at a residence on Sugar Springs Drive in northeast Las Vegas near Washington and Hollywood. A little over a week ago, LVMPD received information that laboratory equipment and potentially hazardous materials may have been stored inside the home. As investigators looked deeper, they learned the property owner was connected to a 2023 illegal biological laboratory investigation in Reedley, California. In that California case, investigators reportedly discovered materials possibly associated with infectious diseases including hepatitis, COVID-19, HIV, malaria, and other potentially dangerous pathogens. While it was unknown whether similar materials were present at the Las Vegas residence, the possibility required LVMPD and partner agencies to proceed with extreme caution. Because of those concerns, LVMPD’s Counterterrorism Section and ARMOR Task Force, in partnership with the FBI and regional fire agencies, initiated a joint investigation and extensive operational planning to address the potential risk safely. Early Saturday morning at 5:51 a.m., LVMPD SWAT served the search warrant. Three individuals renting rooms inside the home were safely removed and are not involved in the investigation. Investigators focused on a locked garage believed to contain the materials. To minimize risk, LVMPD deployed drones for aerial awareness and a tactical robot to clear the interior and conduct air sampling before personnel entered. Once safe to proceed, the ARMOR team entered wearing protective equipment. Investigators observed refrigerators, a freezer, laboratory-type equipment, and numerous containers holding unknown liquid substances. Due to the unknown nature of the materials, the operation required multiple controlled entries, strict safety protocols, and extensive decontamination procedures. Evidence collection continued through Sunday and concluded at approximately 6:30 p.m. The materials were transported to a Southern Nevada Health District facility for secure storage and are now being transferred to an FBI laboratory for testing. Remediation of the residence was completed early this morning. Final checks confirmed the location is safe. One suspect connected to the property owner remains in federal custody related to the Reedley investigation. LVMPD also arrested 55-year-old Ori Solomon on a charge of disposing and discharging hazardous waste. This operation involved a coordinated response from numerous local, state, and federal partners. Sheriff McMahill emphasized that modern technology, including drones, robotics, and real-time command monitoring, played a critical role in protecting first responders while allowing the operation to move quickly and safely. We thank the residents of the neighborhood for their patience and cooperation throughout the weekend. Additional confirmed information will be released as it becomes available.

Hold on now. What is this all about!? No threat to the public? How in the world could they know that???? One individual is in custody. 979 Sugar Springs Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89110 was the residence they found the Lab in. Coventry Estates subdivision It is owned by DAVID DESTINY DISCOVERY LLC, purchased in Oct. of 2022 but was sold by Wang Zhaoyan, who owned it for 5 months prior to the sale. This LLC has been mentioned in news reports related to Jia Bei Zhu (a Chinese national, also known as Jesse Zhu, Qiang He, or David He), who faced federal charges in 2023–2024 connected to an alleged illegal biolab operation in Reedley, California. Court and media sources indicated the LLC owned properties (including this one and others), with funding ties and shared addresses involving Zhu and Wang Zhaoyan. The California lab Jia Bei Zhu was operating had the following items: ✔️Nearly 1,000 transgenic (genetically engineered) lab mice ✔️Thousands of vials and samples of biological materials ✔️Potentially infectious agents/pathogens (CDC identified at least 20 based on labels: Viruses: SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), Hepatitis B and C, HIV (1 and 2), Human Herpes viruses (e.g., Herpes simplex, Cytomegalovirus), Dengue, Rubella, Respiratory Syncytial virus Bacteria: E. coli (recombinant strains), Chlamydia, Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB), Helicobacter pylori, Streptococcus species, Neisseria meningitidis, Mycoplasma species. Parasites: Malaria (including deadly forms like Plasmodium falciparum), Toxoplasma gondii. A freezer explicitly labeled "Ebola" containing unlabeled sealed silver bags (consistent with high-risk bio storage methods). ✔️Medical and lab equipment: Dozens of refrigerators, ultra-low temperature freezers (-80°C), beakers, containers; some hooked to illegal wiring. ✔️Hazardous chemicals and waste: Over 800 containers (e.g., nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide, flammable liquids, 55 gallons of ethanol, empty liquid nitrogen tanks). Many improperly stored. ✔️Medical waste and test-related items: Used COVID-19 tests, pregnancy tests, misbranded kits in production/shipping stages.

Buckle in because this story is nuts. An illegal lab was found in California with Malaria, Dengue Fever, Hepatitis, HIV and Ebola. It was run by a Chinese man named Jia Bei Zhu who came here illegally. He has said he wants to "defeat the American aggressor". Fox News says "A recent bipartisan congressional report determined Zhu received significant financial payments from China" Yet no charges have been filed. Here’s where it gets even weirder… There were so many chemicals and dangerous biological agents on site that hazmat contractors hired by the Feds have loaded up over 800 containers to remove all of it from the warehouse in Reedley, California. So they’re investigating this right? Well… The FBI has known about this for over a year but they actually handed control of the case BACK to the local officials in Reedley and Fresno County. No, I’m not joking. Possible international terrorism is apparently a job for the local police so the FBI can focus on old ladies who may have gone to the Capitol on January 6th. Not only that but Fox News broke details that key parts of the Dept of Homeland Security NEVER got involved in the case. That’s bad right? Oh I’m not done yet. What about the CDC? Last year, CDC microbiologists spent time in the lab and produced a report detailing everything in the warehouse but they failed to actually test the vials, including unlabeled vials. From a Fox News story: "Despite the probability that the unlabeled or coded vials contained additional unknown and dangerous pathogens, CDC officials refused to take any further investigative steps," the report stated. It also claimed CDC officials failed to take "meaningful action" when presented with evidence that Ebola, classified at the highest level of concern, may have been present." Again, no one has been charged. Why?

BREAKING:🚨 SECRET BIO LAB IN AMERICAN SUBURB — CCP LINKED, DEADLY PATHOGENS FOUND Federal investigators have uncovered what may be one of the most alarming biosecurity cases in recent U.S. history. Inside a Las Vegas home, authorities discovered thousands of vials of blood and tissue, illegal lab equipment, and genetically engineered mice designed to carry COVID. Testing later confirmed the presence of COVID, Hepatitis, Malaria, HIV, and Herpes — pathogens that should never exist outside a secured, licensed facility. The lab was not FDA-approved. It was not a university. It was not a hospital. It was a house. The operation has now been linked to a Chinese national already jailed for running a previous illegal biolab in California, where similar materials were found. Congressional investigators say that earlier lab had ties to the Chinese Communist Party. Federal Bureau of Investigation SWAT teams removed hazardous materials. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed the pathogens. Chinese Communist Party links are now under congressional scrutiny. Officials admit something chilling: They still don’t know what the end goal was.But investigators say the suspect received financing from mainland China, created shell companies across the U.S. and Canada, and allegedly helped transfer American biomedical knowledge overseas. This is no conspiracy theory. This is sworn testimony, lab results, arrests, and an upcoming federal trial. The only real question left is: How many more of these labs exist — and how long have they been operating in silence?

Who actually ordered the assassination of the Russian General, who exposed US backed Biolabs in Ukraine? The ones we were told were "conspiracy theory" All now confirmed as real by Tulsi Gabbard 🌺 Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of Russias Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense Troops was killed in a targeted assassination in Moscow, my sources suggest Ukraines SBU (secret service) who are closely aligned and trained by CIA and MI6 were responsible. Kirillov, 54, led Russia’s efforts to expose alleged US biological activities, exposong documents found in Ukrainian laboratories. In March 2022, he presented documents claiming Pentagon-funded biolabs in Ukraine were developing biological weapons using bats and birds. He said these documents showed experiments on Ukraine's population, testing pharmaceuticals, and exporting biological samples to the US for offensive purposes. In January 2024, he accused senior US officials, including Gina Haspel, Alex Azar, and Anthony Fauci, of obstructing COVID-19 origin investigations. In September 2023, he labeled the US biolab network a biological threat, citing an illegal lab in California that housed pathogens such as COVID-19, HIV, and hepatitis. He repeatedly accused the US and Ukraine of violating the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC). Kirillov claimed Ukraine covertly used DM-105 chemical munitions disguised as smoke shells in Sudzha, Russia’s Kursk region, in August. He revealed that Russian forces thwarted Ukraine’s “Short Circuit” operation to seize the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant in October 2024. He warned that Kiev could stage a “dirty bomb” incident, training personnel to produce and detonate such devices in populated areas
