Ruining the cake someone took hours to make, ruining the feelings of the kid, ruining the party by making the personn angry or sad.... Some people have only this few minutes being the personn of the day in a year. And if you don't laugh, you are the "party pooper"...

How is this pranking? How is hurting someone and ruining their day a prank? Are they gonna clean them up and pay for the cake and fix another one? Pay for any damages and cleaning that is needed?

If anyone would ever do this to me, I would leave without a word. You humiliate someone, in many cases someone who has dressed nicely and wanted to feel pretty. You can hurt them, even severely. It is also a waste of food. Nothing about it is funny.
