Something I use a lot to support teaching grammar is the POS tagger. It's free and it's really useful if you're not confident with teaching aspects of grammar. It's a good way to discuss grammar in context and make it visible. #education

Bit of gamedev magic. The page flipping in Exiled is actually just a bunch of models that I turn on and off quickly to LOOK like a page flipping. It's possible to get a similar effect with plugins but this was the easier option.

Australia. The Best F1 Season Opener. "It's amazing to see everyone here. And the energy is always awesome in Melbourne. I think this is definitely by far the best opener of a season. I mean, we had it in a few different places in the past, but this one, being that it's so far to get to, the weather's always great and the city's fantastic and the people are great."

The whole level shifting is kind of a fun effect but this would 100% give some people motion sickness XD It's perhaps a bit "too much" anyway. Anyways, we're getting entities actually coded instead of the fakery I was doing for the prototype! I think ghosthands gimmick will be that they have a set patrol. They can't see or hear. And they won't notice you so long as you sit still while they pass. Could have a bit of fun with it and have them rarely accidentally grope her in passing even if she's still 😅

#UnrealEngine5 #UE5 #gamedev Too ashamed to admit how much I struggled with this but here it is 😅 Jump Flood Algorithm ported to Niagara to create outlines using the custom stencil buffer and a cheap edge detection algorithm. Still a bit rough but it's working!
