are they stupid? they can just send 1 peon to build a Great Hall and teleport there with a scroll?

if they were able to summon armies just like that the first wars would’ve ended quickly

I do wish blizz tackled the logistic issues or reasonings for the things that happen in the game. With dalaran teleported the starting quest did address some things which is cool
