In Jamaica it's currently crab season which falls during the rainy months. These are our blue land crabs and this is simply how some of them look after being boiled, it doesn’t mean they're undercooked/ unseasoned. We boil them with a mixture of different seasonings and SB pepper

Americans are so proudly ignorant. Not all crabs are red and these crabs are well seasoned despite the color trust u can always smell when someone is cooking crabs. The seasoning just wake up your senses.
